Hi MAXX, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
MAXX DBLX is an East Nashville based artist, born and raised in the Music City. With roots in the local creative music scene, he began with a love for the arts early. Cultivated by all the sounds that make Nashville unique. MAXX debuted his music in 2020 with my first single titled ‘HIGH’. With popular hits like ‘Ride’ featuring Top Flight or ‘One on One’ featuring Brian Brown, MAXX DBLX has made a name for his self in the Tennessee music scene as one of the heavy hitters.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Some of the challenges of being a recording artist have been adapting to the ever-changing nature of the music business, including social media and emerging platforms that artist must engage with to always be within reach of the fans.

MAXX DBLX specializes in southern hip-hop, music, varying from trap style to boom bap, to your traditional 808 heavy tracks. What sets MAXX DBLX apart from others is his wordplay, his unique style on melodies, and the range that he can pull from that gives his music catalogue an eclectic feel.

MAXX DBL X is described by friends as a social media junkie, he loves TikTok and Instagram reels for all the funny things people post, where sometimes he can pull content from the unlikeliest sources to influence the music
