Daily Inspiration: Meet Ronda Fields

Today we’d like to introduce you to Ronda Fields.

Hi Ronda, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I grew up learning about how to handle money wisely, but I didn’t always follow those principles. I had to learn some lessons the hard way. I have come back from behind zero twice. Now I am following the principles and am at financial peace. I am not rich or independently wealthy, but I know where my money is going and have lots of peace around finances.
I have helped lots of women learn these principles and apply them. My heart is to help women coming from hard experiences like I had, achieve financial security, peace and contentment.
I started Fields Financial Coaching in 2025 after completing my Ramsey Financial Coach Master Training. My clients are winning and growing toward financial peace following the biblical principles for handling money.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
When I started my business, it was over 6 months before I had a paying client. That was discouraging and I almost gave up. But my coach, William Forkum helped me remember my “why.” As a woman who has come back from financial ruin twice to financial peace, I help other women and couples achieve financial freedom.

There were times in my own financial journey that I thought I would never be able to buy a house or buy a car with cash. But those things have happened. I am so thankful to the Lord for His faithfulness to me. I could not have done it without His help and presence.

As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I coach women and couples who are discouraged or fearful they will never achieve their goals financially. I was there.
I come from a Biblical framework in everything I do. I bring prayer and the Word into every session naturally. I walk with people without judgment. I understand that judgment only holds you back. In my own life, I had to learn that I was not being judged by God for my mistakes and failures. Jesus took that shame on the cross. So I learned to walk in freedom, without condemnation for my choices, to what is good and true. I love helping others see God’s hand and kindness in helping them through the dark days into the light of peace.

Is there anyone you’d like to thank or give credit to?
I would not have achieved what I have without the help of many people. My parents and daughter have been so encouraging to me. Many friends and colleagues have affirmed my calling to be a financial coach.
Coach William Forkum of Forkum’s Fortitude Coaching has been a key player in helping me launch and creating a business.
Another coach who has helped me is Coach Jordan of Barnabas Financial Coaching.
I am a member of the Branson Faith in Business network. I am encouraged by the mentors in that group as well.
