Hi Jan, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
* Bachleors Degree from Bowling Green STate University, in Health & Physcial Ed.
* On scholarship in Track/Field and played Football @BGSU
* Taught & Coached at GRADED School in Sao Paulo Brazil for 2 years after graduation
* Worked at Cleveland JCC for 6 years as Instructor then HPE Director while opening in facility
* Executive Director of Edward Health and Fitness Center in Naperville, IL: from opening then 4 years
* GM at Peachtree Center Athletic Club, Atlanta, GA
* GM ;and part owner of LifeCenter plus in Hudson, Ohio
* Presently GM Sports Village Fitness in Lebanon, TN
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Never a smooth road for anyone…..navigating personal and work relationships is never a cake walk. Over 50 years you experience alot.
* relocations of family due job changes
* dealing with changes in the industry over the years related with equipment, programming, staffing, marketing, etc

I love helping people getting healthier, stronger or just improve on their “scores”, Improve their potential and help them get new jobs,
Moving into management specialized in helping clubs become more profitable by developing marketing strategies to bring in new members, new ideas, new programs etc
Most proud of opening the Edwards Health & Fitness Center a Hospital Based Club in Naperville IL. also improving and growing every club i’ve ever been associated with.
What sets me apart —– I am a veteran of this Industry,.. I care about my employees and help them grow into what they want long term —-care about the progress members make in their health & fitness journey
