Today we’d like to introduce you to Dr. Kevin Bradshaw.
Hi Dr. Kevin, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
When I was in college, I switched my major multiple times, starting with biology to architecture to law, then back to biology. I’ve always been drawn to medicine, and I realized I liked the medical side of biology, the structural side of architecture, and investigative side of law. While I was in school, I worked in a research lab for sleep research. My mentor discussed me about medical, and I combined everything above and found that within the chiropractic field. So I graduated from Mizzou, then drove overnight and started my doctor program in St. Louis the very next day. I got out of school at a really young age due to this, and I opened up a practice in old Hickory right out of school.
We started out with nothing, and built our clinic up by always prioritizing the patient first, and to achieve their goals.
We have been in practice for approaching 13 years, and love it!
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
The most difficult part was being implants from Illinois, and not knowing a soul besides my wife’s uncle when we moved here. It was also a struggle to get out of school at the age of 24, and having to prove to patients and providers that we worked with that we had a great knowledge base and would be successful with helping patients.
Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about Bradshaw Chiropractic ?
We run a general practice, but have become a staple in our community over all these years. We specialize in diversified and Gonstead technique, as well as Cox flexion distraction. Our providers at our clinic treat all ranges from newborns to the elderly. We approach each patient as an individual, and their treatment plans reflect that off the diagnosis they have, staying patient centered, instead of a cookie cutter practice. We have many different modalities in our clinic as well, such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation therapy, massage therapy, Acupuncture, Graston, Webster certified for pregnancy treatment, and pediatric care and so much more.
We are so proud that over the years, we have been voted in the top three Of Nashville Scene consistently. We are proud of being a staple of our community, volunteering at schools and community events, and being a recognized name. It’s an honor to have patients travel to our clinic from so far away.

That we can provide care to the entire family; it matters to be able to treat all ranges, and all people and backgrounds.
