Today we’d like to introduce you to Sabrina Fisher.
Hi Sabrina, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I was raised out east (Nashville) by a single mother. If you know you know, we didn’t have much but we had what we needed. I learned a lot from being raised that way. From a very young age, life taught me resilience before I even fully understood what that meant. Beginning around the age of 6, I experienced multiple traumatic situations that shaped the way I viewed myself and the world around me. For a long time, I carried feelings of not being enough, not being seen, and not truly being loved.
Instead of allowing those experiences to define me negatively, I used them as fuel. I became determined to create a life built on strength, discipline, growth, and purpose. Fitness became more than physical transformation for me, it became healing. It taught me confidence, consistency, and self-worth. Through every setback, challenge, and season of rebuilding, I learned that our past does not have to determine our future.
Today, I strive to be the person I once needed. I want people to look at my story and understand that no matter where they come from or what they’ve endured, they are still worthy of success, happiness, healing, and self-love.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
My life has been filled with obstacles that have tested me mentally, emotionally, physically, and financially. Growing up in difficult circumstances while navigating trauma at a young age created battles with self-worth and identity that followed me for years. There were many moments where giving up would have been easier than continuing to push forward. As a younger adults in my early 20’s I died in a motorcycle wreck, yes you read that correctly. I talk to you today as an individual who lives with Traumatic Brain Injury. My recovery was amazing and God was with me as He always is!
Over the years I have experienced the challenges of marriage ending in divorce, which forced me to navigate life as a single mother while rebuilding emotionally, financially, and personally. Learning how to carry the weight of providing, parenting, and healing on my own became one of the most difficult yet transformative seasons of my life.
Years after my divorce, I attempted to open my heart to love again, only to tragically become a survivor of domestic violence. That season became the most broken I had ever been. But through it all, I truly believe that what is meant to happen will always happen for a reason. In my brokenness, I sat with every piece of myself and slowly picked it up piece by piece, even when it cut me and even when it hurt. I faced what had happened, I learned from it, and I found a way to love myself exactly where I was. From there, I rebuilt the version of me that exists today. It was not easy, but it was oh so worth it.
Over the years, I’ve continued to face challenges while balancing motherhood, entrepreneurship, personal healing, injuries, and recovery. Even recently, going through major shoulder surgery and rehabilitation tested my patience, discipline, and mindset. But I refused to let hardship be an excuse. I followed the process, stayed committed to my recovery, and continued showing up for myself and for others.
One of the greatest lessons I’ve learned is that obstacles can either break you or build you. I chose to let mine build me. Every challenge has strengthened my compassion for others and deepened my desire to help people realize they are capable of more than they believe.
Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your business?
Helping others is not just something I do….it is who I am at my core. I have always had a servant’s heart, and I genuinely believe my purpose is to inspire and uplift people. I believe God calls us to be the hands and feet of Jesus by loving people well, serving others selflessly, and showing compassion as He loves us. That belief shapes how I live my life and how I approach every opportunity, relationship, and role I have ever held. Every job or position I have ever been entrusted with has been led with a servant’s heart.
Through fitness coaching, mentorship, and simply sharing my own journey openly, I strive to help others see that possibilities are limitless when they begin believing in themselves. I work with people from all walks of life, many of whom struggle with confidence, health challenges, emotional barriers, or a sense of feeling stuck in their circumstances. I aim to meet people where they are while encouraging them to grow into the best version of themselves mentally and physically. I never want someone to feel judged, overlooked, or unworthy.
What matters most to me is helping people learn to love themselves unapologetically. Real transformation goes far beyond appearance. It is about healing, confidence, discipline, self-respect, and realizing your value. If my story and my work can help even one person feel seen, capable, or inspired to keep going, then everything I have endured has had purpose.
What was your favorite childhood memory?
My memory wouldn’t necessarily be my favorite one, at least not at that point. But this memory I have has been the foundation for me to become the woman I am today. One of the strongest memories I carry from childhood is the feeling of not being loved and never truly feeling like I was enough. Those emotions stayed with me for a long time and impacted the way I viewed myself growing up. I often felt unseen, unsupported, and unsure of my worth.
As painful as those feelings were, they became part of the reason I am so passionate about encouraging others today. I know what it feels like to question your value, and because of that, I strive to remind people that they are worthy exactly where they are in life. I want others to feel accepted, capable, and confident in who they are without apology.
That childhood pain ultimately created a deeper purpose within me: to be a source of encouragement, inspiration, and light for those who may be struggling silently the same way I once did. “LOVE yourself so much that you LIGHT the fire inside of yourself to be LIFTED to the next best version of YOU!
