Life & Work with Danielle Davis of Nashville

Today we’d like to introduce you to Danielle Davis.

Hi Danielle, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I’m a Registered Nurse with a background in Neurological ICU and nearly two decades of experience leading and overseeing clinical trials globally. Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work with high-level global biotech companies, experiences that shaped my leadership, discipline, and resilience.

At the same time, personal style and creativity were always a part of me. Early on, I made a promise to myself that no matter how demanding my career became — or my roles as a wife and mother — I would never lose my individuality.

DJoli grew from that mindset. What started as a quiet passion for fashion, confidence, and self-expression slowly evolved into a platform and brand that reflects who I am beyond my professional title. Through lifestyle, styling, and content creation, I hope to inspire women to embrace evolution, show up confidently, and understand that it’s never too late to step into another part of their purpose.

For me, DJoli is about authenticity, growth, and fully owning every layer of who I am.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Of course, there have been struggles along the way. Balancing the demands of a global career while also being present as a wife, mother, and woman navigating personal growth hasn’t always been easy.

Wearing so many hats can be exhausting, and for a long time, DJoli existed quietly because life required my attention in other areas first. And that’s ok.

I also struggled with the idea of allowing myself to evolve “publicly” and step outside of the box people may have expected me to stay in.

But over time, I realized that honoring my individuality wasn’t taking away from my accomplishments or other roles — it was actually a part of what made me whole. That realization gave me the confidence to fully embrace DJoli and create space for every version of myself to coexist.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
DJoli Consulting is a brand presented to the world in God’s timing.
This brand is here to help women show up confident, polished, and effortless—without overthinking style.
From styling what you already own to curated looks that elevate your everyday.
What sets DJoli Consulting apart is the balance of real life and elevated style.
I’m not a stylist disconnected from reality—I’m a wife, mother, executive professional, and community leader who understands how women want to feel: confident, polished, feminine, and effortless in everyday life.

My approach focuses on helping women elevate what they already have, refine their personal style, and show up confidently at every stage of life.

What I’m most proud of is building a life rooted in purpose, impact, and authenticity.

Community involvement has always been deeply important to me, especially when it comes to supporting women and girls. Recently, I was honored to join the Advisory Boards of and —two organizations committed to empowering and supporting women and families in our community.

I’m also proud of balancing a global career, family, leadership, and now building DJoli Consulting with intention and purpose.

What were you like growing up?
Growing up in a small town, community and connection were always a huge part of my life. I was surrounded by family, lots of cousins, school activities, cheerleading, clubs, and strong relationships that shaped who I am today. Those experiences taught me the importance of showing up, staying involved, and building meaningful connections with others.

Even then, personal style was a part of my identity — I was actually voted “Best Dressed” as a senior in high school, which still makes me laugh a little now.

I think those early experiences helped shape both my love for community and the confidence to embrace my purpose and personal journey.
