Meet Alexandra Cline of Nashville

Today we’d like to introduce you to Alexandra Cline.

Alexandra, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
Looking back, content creation feels like a natural extension of who I’ve always been. Ever since I was little, I’ve loved being creative, entertaining people, and finding ways to connect with others. I was the kid who loved performing, storytelling, and making people laugh. Whether it was acting, putting on little shows, or simply being the person who brought energy to a room, I’ve always been drawn to creating experiences that make people feel something.

As I got older, that creativity evolved into a passion for sharing the things I genuinely enjoy. I’ve always loved discovering new places, trying new experiences, finding products I love, and recommending them to friends and family. Content creation gave me a way to do that on a larger scale while connecting with people who share similar interests.

What started as casually posting pieces of my life eventually grew into something much bigger. Today, I create content centered around lifestyle, fitness, travel, Nashville experiences, golf, and everyday moments. While the topics vary, the heart behind it remains the same: I love bringing people along for the journey, helping others discover something new, and building genuine connections through shared experiences.

Alongside my career in recruiting, content creation has become a creative outlet that allows me to combine so many things I love, storytelling, connecting with people, and sharing the things that genuinely excite me. It’s opened doors to opportunities I never could have planned for on my own, from brand partnerships and local collaborations to meeting incredible people along the way.

More than anything, though, I believe God deserves the credit for every opportunity I’ve been given. My faith is a huge part of who I am, and I truly believe that every door that’s opened has been because of His grace and provision. While I’m grateful for the platform and opportunities I’ve been blessed with, my hope is always to use them in a way that reflects Him. Any success I’ve had is ultimately a gift from God, and all glory belongs to Him.

At the end of the day, what means the most to me isn’t follower counts or partnerships, it’s being able to encourage people, share things I love, build genuine connections, and hopefully leave others a little happier than they were before they came across my page.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
definitely hasn’t been a smooth road, but I don’t think any dream worth pursuing is. I’ve heard “no” more times than I can count… from businesses, agencies, brands, and opportunities I was excited about. Rejection can be discouraging, especially when you’re putting yourself out there, but I’ve learned that perseverance is one of the most important qualities you can have.

I truly believe God placed this passion in my heart for a reason, and because of that, I don’t have much quit in me. I’ve never wanted to look back on my life and wonder, “What if I had tried?” Whether it’s content creation, my career, or any other goal, I want to know that I gave it my best effort and pursued it wholeheartedly.

Over time, I’ve learned that not every opportunity is meant for me, and that’s okay. Some doors close because they’re not the right fit, while others open at exactly the right time. The opportunities that are meant for me will happen, and the ones that aren’t simply make room for what’s next.

At the end of the day, every “no” has taught me something, strengthened my resilience, and reminded me why I started in the first place. So when one opportunity doesn’t work out, my mindset is pretty simple: onto the next.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
By day, I work in talent acquisition for a technology company, where I help connect talented people with career opportunities that can truly change the trajectory of their lives. While recruiting is often viewed as a business function, I’ve always seen it as a people-first profession.

Throughout my career, I’ve specialized in recruiting for sales and go to market roles, and what I enjoy most is building genuine relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and colleagues. I care deeply about the people I work with and strive to make every interaction a positive one, regardless of the outcome of the hiring process.

What I’m most proud of isn’t necessarily a metric or achievement, it’s the relationships I’ve built along the way. One of the most rewarding parts of my job is seeing someone thrive in a role that I helped connect them with. Whether it’s helping someone land a promotion, find a company where they’re valued, or take a chance on an opportunity they might not have pursued otherwise, those moments never get old.

I think what sets me apart is that I genuinely love people. I enjoy encouraging others, championing their success, and helping them see potential in themselves. My recruiting career and my content creation journey actually have a lot in common- both are centered around connection, building relationships, and helping people discover opportunities they may not have found on their own.

At the end of the day, I feel incredibly fortunate to do work that allows me to impact people’s lives in a meaningful way, and I’m grateful for every relationship and opportunity that has come from it.

We’d love to hear about any fond memories you have from when you were growing up?
It’s hard for me to pick just one favorite childhood memory because I was blessed with so many. Some of my favorite memories are actually the simplest ones. I loved sleepovers at my grandma’s house, singing songs from Phantom of the Opera together, and going on little adventures with her. She had a way of making even the most ordinary day feel special.

I also have wonderful memories with my parents. One that stands out is a father daughter trip my dad and I took to Universal Studios. I also loved going four wheeling with him when I was younger.

I also remember having dinner with my mom at a revolving restaurant at the top of a hotel in Chicago. It felt so fancy and exciting. I appreciated the one on one time with my mom, and it’s a memory that has stayed with me for years.

Looking back, I think what made those memories so special wasn’t necessarily where we were or what we were doing, it was the people I was with. The moments that stick with me most are the ones filled with laughter, quality time, and feeling loved. Those experiences shaped who I am today and taught me to appreciate both the big adventures and the small everyday moments that often become our most treasured memories.

As I’ve gotten older, I’ve realized that some of life’s greatest gifts aren’t the big milestones, but the ordinary moments we get to spend with the people we love. Those are the memories I treasure most.
