Today we’d like to introduce you to Chakra Shay.
Chakra, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I ran a business called Chakra Shay for several years and in 2023 I went through a business program, Corner to Corner, and changed the name of the company to Heal N Center. Needing a brick n mortar, I took a side job at a gym as a yoga teacher and left a certified personal trainer. Now Heal N Center is able to provide Energy Healing, Yoga, Personal Training, Sound Bath Meditations and more.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
I offer personalized sessions, memberships, contracts to businesses and classes and I struggle getting extra clients outside of my current memberships.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I am a Certified Healing Touch Practitioner (CHTP), Reiki Master, RYT-200, Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) with training in Mat Pilates.
My clients can come to me for any imbalance in their life and as a healer, I use any of the modalities to help bring my clients to balanced.
I’m most known for co-hosting Soulful Sunday and the Gathering of the gods and goddesses and leading guides meditations.
I’m most proud of my team that helps me get everything done. They are the best.
What sets me apart aside from sliding the last 10 years continuing to learn and grow so I can better help my clients. If my clients don’t like yoga they can personal train, don’t like 1:1 group classes are available, Don’t like movement, you can meditate. With sound bowls or enjoy an energy healing session.
Can you talk to us a bit about the role of luck?
My cousin died bad luck. The day of his death I met Bonnie Johnson who paid my way through Healing Beyond Borders good luck. It’s a pendulum swing. For all the bad luck I’ve had, there has been equally good luck. So I can’t complain.
