Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
Before I was rapping, I was singing. Before I was singing, I was whistling & humming. Musical vibrations have always resided deep in my spirit. My dad was the CD man back in the day so I grew up going in & out of all the Nashville barbershops & beauty salons; recognizing hustle & the power of music & its ability to connect people at an early age. My environment shaped my outlook of the world & from the very beginning, I always had stories to tell. All through grade school I was the kid w/ a backpack full of raps – writing & piecing together raps that I had no idea what I was talking about. From lunch table freestyle battles to coming home & studying the greats of the early 2000s, w/ the unique opportunity to gather any individual records or albums that existed in the world at that time, & have them at the disposal of my finger tips. I burned so many cds for my own personal use that I could have had my very first business that served my peers & classmates that mirrored my dad’ formula. In 2007, I switched schools from Thurgood Marshall middle to East Literature Magnet. It was here that I truly crafted my persona as an artist & took my talents to another level. I met a kid named Cam Ferg in spanish class in the 7th grade & from that moment on, nothing was the same for me. He went on to help me record my very first songs on wax, gave me numerous codes & keys on the music business, the art of songwriting, & the structure in which you record your music & focusing on the alchemy of it all. We went on to start doing shows, performing at our senior prom, showcasing our music in parades, shooting music videos.. you name it, we did it! This relationship molded me & eventually propelled me into the artist that I am today. Big shouts out to Killa Cam!
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It has not been a smooth road by the slightest bit. I’ve struggled with many road blocks such as self doubt & fear of projecting myself out into the world through my music. Lack of support & push from those that I thought shared similar visions & aspirations of this whole thing & wanted me to succeed in knowing I would bring them up w/ me. From legal troubles that left me incarcerated & my supporters left to wonder when i’d be back on the scene to having kids & putting music on the complete back burner to navigate this new realm of life called fatherhood. Through all the trials & tribulations I turnt out an honorable & upright soldier of the game!

I am a professional automotive detailer & my business is called Wipeout Customs. I had been cleaning & detailing cars for family & friends for as long as I can remember before the powers that be aligned in 2024 & I started professionally detailing at a shop in East Nashville, managed by a childhood friend. From here, I earned the skills needed & obtained the necessary knowledge of detailing & business management that propelled me to start my own business while simultaneously helping run someone else’s.
I provide interior, exterior, & full detailing services via mobile & in-shop to Nashville, Davidson County & the surrounding Middle TN area.
