Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
After graduating from Bowling Green State University with a degree in Film) Production, I moved to Cincinnati Ohio to start my work in the Film) industry and after two years I brought myself to Nashville, where I have now been for four years, working successfully in freelance in Film), television and other Production.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Freelance work is always complicated. Essentially, you have to bet on yourself every time to get a job and you have to constantly prove yourself to not just new people, but the people who get you work one slip up and that’s a contact you may never have again. It certainly provides its own challenges, but there is a factor in knowing that your work often shows in the end

As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
At this point, I’ve been in every department on major productions. I’ve worked in the office. I’ve worked behind the Camera), I’ve worked in the Art) department, I’ve worked in creating my (Film) work. My real passion lies in writing and directing, and I believe it sets me apart is willingness and desire to work with people rather than against them along with unmatchable work rate.

How do you think about happiness?
The little family I have here in Nashville. I came here to work in the industry, and I also knew I had a couple folks. I went to school with that lived here and over the last four years we’ve become incredibly close along with them. Of course I have my best friend and partner with our two dogs which makes for the best part of every day.
