Hi Diane, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
We bought the Osteostrong franchises and opened both our centers in 2015 so celebrating our 11th anniversary. We were one of the first in the nation and now it is one of the fastest growing franchises in the US. It was such a revolutionary concept at that time but now the medical community has embraced how effective our protocol is. We get many referrals from doctors wanting their patients to safely do weight bearing to fight bone loss and our patented equipment is the proven method.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
The biggest struggle was getting people to understand how 10 minutes once a week on our machines could reverse bone loss. Many said too good to be true, too easy, and then wow when they got their results. Of course, covid was a struggle but many people decided our one on one service was safer than a gym which helped us grow after that.
