Meet Erin Krueger

Today we’d like to introduce you to Erin Krueger.

Erin, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I originally began my career in advertising and marketing in Philadelphia. I was on a business trip to Nashville and fell in love with the city. I took the leap of faith and decided to quit my job and move to Nashville without knowing anyone. Within a month of being in Nashville, I had a job at an Ad Agency in luxury footwear & jewelry and later was recruited by a children’s toy company where I negotiated deals with Marvel and Disney to name a few. I felt the job wasn’t a right fit, saw the growth in real estate and went all in. Through my experience in corporate advertising and marketing, I have been able to help position my team as leaders in real estate not only locally but nationally. We have been ranked #1 in Tennessee and #3 in the Nation for most homes sold.

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
I have been in Real Estate for over 15 years now so I have seen the good times and bad times. I will say that the market in Nashville is stronger even in times of recession than other markets. I started as a solo agent and worked through the recession. They say hard work pays off and I was able to grow my business to a point where I needed a team. Nothing is ever easy, I certainly learned a lot over the years, made a lot of mistakes as any business owner does. I believe a positive mindset and attitude combined with hard work is an unstoppable combination. The theme on our team is positivity. Real Estate transactions can get sticky but it’s those who keep a positive outlook and are solution-based get the buyers and sellers to the closing table.

I am so proud of the team I have. It’s a sisterhood of amazing women that empower one another to be better each day! As a boss, it’s incredible to see the change in the women over the years when they are surrounded by those who lift them up and support them.

What does success mean to you?
I define success on happiness. Are my clients happy, are my team members happy and am I happy? We are in the service business so delivering white glove service is at the very heart of what we do. As a business owner who leads a group of amazing women I want to make sure they are happy, full-filled and at their very best. This way they give that to my clients. I get so much fulfillment out of seeing them reach their goals.
