Meet Tarryn Feldman

Today we’d like to introduce you to Tarryn Feldman.

Tarryn, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I’ve been in the beauty industry for over 15 years and I truly adore it! I’ve had such an amazing career being a makeup and hair artist and I’m so lucky to get to surround myself with such strong females. In 2020 I decided to start a digital marketing agency that helped other freelancers/entrepreneurs in the beauty space navigate the digital marketing side of their brand. I love business as well so this agency really made sense for me to create. We launched in June 2021 and so far, it’s going really well.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
What is a smooth road!? Lol. No, I’ve never met a smooth road in my life. My career hasn’t been easy and starting a company is one of the scariest decisions a person can make. But I will say this, it’s not nearly as scary as doing nothing or never reaching your full potential. What’s the worst thing that can happen..? It’s doesn’t work out? When it comes to life, you have to have balls.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I’m a celebrity makeup and hair artist and I specialize in both makeup and hair. I am probably known for having a very clean and pretty style of makeup. And for hair, I would say my style or what I’m known for is versatility. I am most proud of who I have become and what I have accomplished. What sets me apart from others is my ability to read a room. I take pride in that. I am taking these traits with me into this new venture with Powder Room Social which is so exciting!

Is there anyone you’d like to thank or give credit to?
I have a great support team in my clients. I truly have some incredible clients that have stayed with me for years and have become wonderful friends of mine. I owe my entire career to my clients 100%!

As for Powder Room Social, my team is amazing! Kassidy, Ashley, Courtney, and Kim. It’s pretty crazy what you can do if you truly believe in yourself. But when your tribe believes too, it’s magic!
