Rising Stars: Meet Troy Cunningham

Today we’d like to introduce you to Troy Cunningham. 

Troy, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
Having worked in the roofing industry for 20 years and gaining experience in various accepts of home maintenance, I realized that I really enjoyed pressure washing. I find it very therapeutic to see a surface instantly go from dirty to clean. Before starting East Hill Pressure Washing, I did a lot of research concerning this industry and appreciate the health benefits that are associated with exterior cleaning such as mold remediation and algae removal. I enjoy providing a service that makes our outdoor living areas healthier. 

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle-free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
We have experienced the typical challenges of starting a small business in the service industry, such as growing a customer base and establishing an online presence. 

As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I specialize in professional residential and commercial exterior cleaning. I am very proud to be the owner of a small business in East Nashville. When I am working at someone’s property, I provide the attention to detail as if I were cleaning my own home. 

Any big plans?
Our current business model is working well for us. No big changes, if it ain’t broke don’t fix it!
