Today we’d like to introduce you to Nicole Carver.
Hi Nicole, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
Carver concierge launched in the fall of 2012 shortly after our family relocated to Tampa, FL following almost five years in Stuttgart, Germany, where my husband was assigned to Special Operations Command Europe. Prior to being stationed in Germany, I had spent my career in a role as an executive-level assistant across government and corporate settings.
I knew based on my personal experience of working with busy professionals the desire they have to be fully present with their families while balancing being highly dedicated to their work. Through creating a boutique concierge agency, I knew I could provide high-touch and skilled luxury lifestyle management and personal assistance services to help busy and discerning people focus on what matters most to them.
I place a lot on the integrity of how we serve our clients. It is my desire to create personal relationships to discern and meet each individual’s needs. We are not a one size fits all service. My highly skilled, dedicated, and friendly team and expansive network of vetted partner professionals offer our clientele everything they need to enhance their lifestyle and get back their time. Our goal isn’t to only meet our client’s needs but to exceed their expectations. As a military wife, mother of three, and dog mom of two rescues, and a business owner who stays highly connected in the community, I enjoy a busy lifestyle and can relate to many of the challenges to maintaining life harmony that my clients face.
I can understand the importance of taking time for the parts of life that bring personal fulfillment. That’s why our motto at Carver Concierge is ” You take care of the things that bring you joy or make you money. “We’ll take care of the rest.” Personal time is typically a short commodity for successful people and busy families. Yet, it’s the personal dealings being met that add substantially to anyone’s quality of life. My team at Carver Concierge helps balance the demands of both our client’s business and personal safe by helping lighten their load and flawlessly and expertly performing tasks with the same level of competency and urgency they would themselves.
If time was not in such short supply. From day-to-day obligations to holiday shopping to coordinating travel, we help our clients enjoy more of the life they’ve worked so hard to build. We launched in Nashville in 2021 and look forward to expanding our Servies even further in 2022.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle-free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
Growing a business, raising, and family, and running a home is never a smooth straight line but more of a winding road with some great scenery and some surprise potholes along the way but that is part of the journey and what makes me adept at understanding the challenges of our clients.
I’m extremely lucky to have a very supportive husband and family who encourage and cheer me on and the Nashville has been an amazing opportunity for Carver Concierge we’ve been welcomed with open arms by many wonderful people.

We are excited about the upcoming year. We will be expanding our footprint in the Florida market and will continue to grow and provide great quality service in Nashville and Tampa.
