Conversations with Emma Howeth

Today we’d like to introduce you to Emma Howeth.

Hi Emma, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I started music after a severe health scare as I knew singing and music, in general, were the only things that kept me going. I recorded two songs just for myself and a year later I knew music had to be my life. I met up with my now amazing producer Sean Rogers and recorded my debut single, “Small Town Summer.” It received a little more attention than expected and I have released two more songs since then and possibly have the fourth in the works but I guess y’all with have to stay tuned for that one. Overall music has absolutely saved my life and my goal is to have my music do for others as music did for me.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Music has definitely not been a smooth road but anything worth something isn’t. I have had many health issues that has delayed a lot of music for me but I keep pushing as it is my dream.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
Music is my number one priority and I love that it is. I am a country artist and I am most proud that all of my songs have a heartfelt story behind why they were ever written. Even if it’s not always the best story. I feel I am set apart from people because I will always be the silly, goofy person that I am. I don’t feel the need to change to impress others and I will always remember every single person that got me to where I am today.

Is there a quality that you most attribute to your success?
Character, personality, heart, drive, genuine compassion for others, and love
