Meet Jim DeCesare of The DeCesare Group

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jim DeCesare. 

Hi Jim, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself
My daughter, Brooke Mattingly, and I both had full-time jobs, but we also had several side hustles. I was doing business consulting and organizational management, and Brooke was doing social media influencer coordinating and content creation. Brooke and I had often talked about starting our own business and one day over coffee in July of 2020 we decided to develop a plan to create The DeCesare Group. We are business solutions and strategies company. We can facilitate any needs a small or medium-size business may have.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome? It has actually been a lot smoother than I anticipated. We launched the business publicly in June of this year with a couple of anchor clients. Since then, business has been booming. Brooke handles our social media accounts. We brought my son, Justin on board to develop websites, and I have focused on our clients we have business development, economic development, and government relation service contracts with. Our biggest struggle right now is keeping up with the work we have and we are in discussions to bring another person on board.

The DeCesare Group offers Business Solutions and Strategies to small and medium-sized businesses. Services include business, economic, and organizational development, social media and influencer marketing coordination, and government and public relations services. 

Our mission is to provide business solutions and strategies to entrepreneurs and businesses so they can succeed and grow. 

I think what sets us apart from other organizations is the special attention we give each client. Brooke and I make sure we meet with every potential client to make sure we’re a good fit for each other.

I should also note, every client we have to this point has come to us and that has been special to us knowing we have a good reputation and our existing clients are referring us.

Brooke and I are big believers in Dave Ramsey and Ramsey Solutions. We are using the EntreLeadership management philosophies to model our business. We’re debt-free, making a good salary for a startup, and treating our clients with respect.
