Meet Sheena Nicole

Today we’d like to introduce you to Sheena Nicole.

Hi Sheena, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I was born in Brooklyn,Ny. I took interest in fashion at a very young age, My mother was a seamstress in Brooklyn, NY and my father’s impeccable fashion style inspired me. At age 18, I worked my first retail job at Macy’s Herald Square in men’s collections. This experience gave me a strong eye for textures and fabrics to be able to help fit clients’ needs.

In 2004, I moved to Clarksville, Tn, to be close to my family. I started working in girls junior retail which help me to expand my knowledge and growth in junior apparel. This led to meeting people that worked in entertainment to corporate jobs that needed my expertise. This was when styles by s.h. started to emerge. I have been blessed to style some of the best rising stars in Nashville.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
To say it’s been a smooth road is an understatement. Some of my struggles along the way would be building my clientele and just getting my name out there to be noticed.

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I am a wardrobe stylist. I specialize in building wardrobes for clients. I am known for my creative vision. What sets me apart from others is my dedication, my boldness and the willingness to go above and beyond for my clients.
