Hidden Gems: Meet Katie Tsakeres and Lindsey Felts of Melrose Aesthetics

Today we’d like to introduce you to Katie Tsakeres and Lindsey Felts. 

Hi Katie and Lindsey, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
We have worked together for 10 years as nurse practitioners in a high acuity, busy cardiology practice in Nashville. We both separately found a passion for aesthetics which quickly led to our shared desire to create a low-pressure, nonjudgmental aesthetic environment for anyone in Nashville to feel welcomed and cared for. As we continued to dream about the potential of this clinic, God stepped in and put everything into place so perfectly that we knew our dream HAD to become a reality. And it did- just 6 months later. We’ve been blown away by the support we’ve received this far. Our clients have become friends and we look forward to every minute spent with them in our chair. 

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
The road has been smoother than I think anyone would believe but certainly, there have been bumps. We are so lucky to have clients who care about us as much as we do them and are along for the ride as we grow together. We have also been fortunate to have several colleagues and other medspa owners support us along the way. We will forever be grateful for that. We have been so encouraged by other women loving us and building us up! 

Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about Melrose Aesthetics?
We are a medical aesthetics practice that offers injectables like Botox/Dysport/Xeomin, dermal filler, Microneedling, PRF, and skincare. 

We focus on each individual and their wants and needs above all else. We work together to make a plan to help clients fall back in love with the skin God created just for them. We look to provide a refreshed look to enhance your natural beauty. 

We’d love to hear about any fond memories you have from when you were growing up?
Katie: Hard question! And honestly, the older I’ve gotten, the harder it’s become to recall specific memories. But I know without a doubt they almost all include my parents, cousins, and aunts/uncles. Life was a blast growing up in a small town right next door to your whole family. 

Lindsey: My siblings and I all played college sports and I remember many times growing up, we’d have athletes come to our home for holiday dinners if they couldn’t make it home to be with their families. We had friends of all different races, genders, ethnicities, all walks of life and socioeconomic status and my parents would welcome everyone in our little humble home. It’s one of the things I’m most proud of as an adult and hope to pass on to my children as well!
