Today we’d like to introduce you to Derelle Roshell.
Hi Derelle, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I initially had a passion for law enforcement as a teen back home in Chattanooga, I had the opportunity to be introduced through a program called the Police Explores, hosted by most departments. Through that program, I begin to learn about law enforcement and later learned about private security. After learning entrepreneurship and bringing a passion together I created G Force in Chattanooga first. After moving to Nashville, I decided to relaunch G Force and we have been rolling ever since.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
This journey has definitely been rocky. Being in this industry is already a risk and being young I felt I had a lot to prove. The struggles continue to come. I learn something new every day and have to constantly apply it to daily operations. I always say to the struggles make sure you push through, God sends you small gains, so make sure you celebrate them.

G Force Security LLC is a private security company that prides itself on being able to offer professional, trained, and skilled agents to our clients in the private security sector. We offer high-end, professional, and skilled services in the Private Protective Services industry. We offer many services to our clients “event security services, traffic enforcement, church security, and many more services. We specialize in Personal Protection and enjoy protecting every client that comes to us for services.
What was your favorite childhood memory?
My favorite childhood memory would have to be my first trip that I can remember going to Florida with my family.
