Who we are? The Sweetest Babes Co. We opened in May 2021, and ever since we are so excited to present you with beautiful, trendy products for you and your fur babies. We want your experience to be unique and special with us so we offer customizable pet Tags, in-style Bandannas, and even matching Scrunchies for you!
Meeting The Designer!
Hi, I’m Zoiey! Head Designer and Founder of TSBC. I’m inspired by Boho, Modern, and Vintage styles and after spending a few years of learning design from my mentors, I knew I was ready to design something of my own. At The Sweetest Babes co, I’m designing for the modern-day pet & pet owner. Art and Animals have always been my passion and now I’ve found a way to involve both in my life. I hope to make pets & owners feel special and connected.
Finding Our Passion!
I love Animals and I love Art. So… Why not have both! For years I’ve worked with some of the best designers of all different kinds. They all had that one thing they were passionate about and enjoyed their time doing. I always wondered what mine would be. Finally one day I was messing around in the design studio, I had my dog, Sasha, with me. That’s when it hit me! I could make designer Bandannas and Tags. I always had trouble finding things in the average pet shops that truly fit my style. So that’s when I decided I was going to start a company of my very own. And help other pet parents like myself find things that fit their style for their pets.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Of course like everything else starting out is the hardest part. The struggle is not just getting the products, inspiration, or even funding. It’s also an emotional obstacle to believing in yourself. As an artist and a designer you love what you do and you make dreams for other people a reality come true. But something I’ve found we struggle with is doing projects for ourselves and then showing other people. Makes us vulnerable in our own profession. Did I go back and forth so many times on whether anyone would even like my ideas? Finally, I got the courage to put myself out there. Now don’t get me wrong nothing is worse than putting yourself out there and hearing cricket noises in the background… yeah I didn’t get a single order for at least a month after I launched my business. I thought about giving up but finally, I got my first order in and the review was all I need to realize it just takes time! Soon I had many orders and yes you don’t please everyone a lot of the time but I knew I loved what I do! And here we are today!

What I do are design and hand-make pet accessories. Such as

Hair accessories
Jewelry
And soon more to come!
We grow every day and it’s just myself and my husband for now helping me from time to time. And even my young son likes to help me as well.
We love to take a creative approach to our projects while also making sure they are as pet friendly as possible!
What sets us apart I believe is our unique designs and how we care for our customers! We want the experience to be smooth and special to you and your pups! We take great care in our customer service, our packaging, and a few sweet gifts every now and again! We are working towards a donation line that coincides with the medical need of the veterinary community. We love hearing stories of these brave pets and pet owners overcoming and not giving up, but they usually need help funding for major surgeries. We share stories on our blog and are working on bandanna or product lines per store where all proceeds go to helping these pets on their journey!
