Meet John Bajor

Today we’d like to introduce you to John Bajor. Them and their team share their story with us below:

Speak Easy used to consist of three members through the Covid-19 era; Patrick Ross Campesi, Drake Dugas, and Maddie Delacroix. In spring 2021, Maddie met John Bajor and Katelyn Chopin at college parties, and their mutual love for music eventually led to the current state of the band.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
The band has seen success in their new album, “It’s All in Your Head” through many countless hours of jamming, writing, recording, mixing, and mastering in their studio.

The road hasn’t been exactly smooth, but it’s been an enjoyable journey, to say the least.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
As a group, we work very hard to make our live performances special for our fans. We try to play a lot of our original songs during our shows, and also some unconventional covers of popular songs with our own twists.

We are extremely proud of our new album, which took us over 8 months from conception to release.

We’d be interested to hear your thoughts on luck and what role, if any, you feel it’s played for you?
As musicians, we have experienced good luck in the realm of meeting new fans. We have met fans at various shows around Louisiana, and thus have forged new bonds with friends we never expected to meet.
