Inspiring Conversations with Tricia Rodriguez of Infinite Estates

Today we’d like to introduce you to Tricia Rodriguez.

Hi Tricia, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstories.
I was born and raised in El Paso, TX in a proud Mexican household. Having a traditional Mexican mother and a police sergeant for a father, rules and discipline governed my life from day one.

However, I have always exercised my curiosity for challenging those rules and traditions and exploring my own ideas and independence. I believe the combination of those things has made me the person I am today!

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle-free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
My path hasn’t been smooth. I became a teenage mom and that completely changed my life.

Being a single mom has made things tougher for sure but it also ignited a fire in me that has pushed me to new heights in order to be the best mother and person I can be for myself and my children.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your business?
I’m a Real Estate Investor… I contract homes with the seller and find an interested party to purchase them.

I focus on distressed properties and help individuals that are in a tough financial position and need help selling quickly. I am known for following up and building lasting relationships with my clients. I love seeing the weight lifted off their shoulders when their needs are met, as I personally know that’s a heavyweight to carry.

It’s not just transactional, I want to know their story and I stay committed. I believe service with a smile still exists.

What do you like and dislike about the city?
I love being present for my kids and strongly believe you can be present and still have a successful career. Attending sporting events is one of my favorite things to do.
