Hi LaTica, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
Just a single mother who wants the best life for her and her daughter. We started doing content right around COVID and continued to do so afterwards. I saw how you could make money by just being yourself online and I love to make people laugh. I’m still working out what my niche could be since I do have a few viral moments but I would love to commit to content creating permanently in the near future!
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It hasn’t been that easy. It’s hard to keep the attention of the public when you don’t have a niche that you stick to, but I’m still working on it!
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
What I’m mostly known for is making people laugh, whether it’s a joke or a funny video. I would love to get into blogging as well, I just have to find the right audience! I can say that I’m proud of myself and how far I’ve come with the content creation journey. It’s starting to bring in some income, so some is better than none! What sets me apart from others would be that I can work under pressure and still have a smile on my face.
What does success mean to you?
By living the life you desire and not having to worry about living paycheck to paycheck.
