Lewis, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
When I was 25, I asked my employer what the next ten years would look like if I stayed with the company. They told me I’d help them run it.
That night, I went home and told my wife, “If I’m good enough to help run their company, maybe I’m good enough to run my own.”
That’s when I realized — in life , you have to decide whether you want to sign the front of the check or the back of the check.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It hasn’t been a smooth road, but it’s been a fulfilling one. Somewhere along the way, I realized that in both business and life, I was often the problem ,but I could also be the solution. Every decision, big or small, matters.
You can’t stop something that won’t quit.

Do you have recommendations for books, apps, blogs, etc?
I have many favorite books. They are on success, but 2 of the best books that I read earlier on or listen to on audiobooks was seven decisions by Andy Andrews and Prey Drive Audiobook by Micheal Burt
