Rising Stars: Meet Paige McNeill

Today we’d like to introduce you to Paige McNeill.

Hi Paige, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstories.
While my official career in real estate started a few years ago, my love for real estate and its many facets started growing up in a real estate family.

My dad and grandfather both built successful careers in real estate and I was able to experience firsthand the true benefit of investing in real estate and how it can help families build generational wealth.

Growing up, I also enjoyed the new construction side of things and building something from the ground up. One of my favorite things to do was lay out the blueprints on the kitchen table and discuss how a future home was going to look, the flow, and the design.

I’m a Tennessee girl through and through (born and raised in Memphis) and after moving to Nashville 10 years ago, I knew it was a very special place. Having fallen in love with the city and making it my home, I have a passion for helping people do the same.

I am a huge advocate for the growth that Music City has seen and believe there is truly a place for everyone here. I find so much joy in assisting people to find that place! Seeing how great of an investment real estate can be, I strive to help others achieve that goal as well.

Drawing from years of sales experience, I recognize and value the trust my client’s place in me to deliver exceptional service. I sincerely believe in being an advocate for my clients and I’m dedicated to finding the perfect fit for each and every one.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It definitely has not always been a smooth road. In fact, my initial leap into real estate started as a result of the craziness that is Covid.

I previously had a career in pharmaceutical sales and upon the announcement of quarantine, Covid, etc. almost the entire company was let go. It was definitely a time of uncertainty (and unexpected unemployment) but ultimately was the push I needed to pursue my career in real estate. In hindsight, it was a blessing in disguise.

With that being said, most industry veterans will say this is the toughest the market has ever been. This has certainly scared off a lot of real estate professionals.

However, I like to see it as a challenge that will make me a better realtor and agent for my clients. If I can be successful in “the toughest market” to date, then everything after will be smooth sailing.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I am a Realtor in the Greater Nashville area. I specialize in the metro Nashville area but have helped clients from Murfreesboro to Hendersonville and everywhere in between.

I technically help people buy, sell, or invest in real estate. But really I do so much more. I think of my “clients” more like friends than a transactional number. Buying or selling real estate is often the biggest investment a person will make and each transaction is different.

As a buyer or seller, your needs are unique to you. As your realtor, I tailor my services to fit those specific needs. You don’t want a cookie-cutter transactional realtor who just goes through the same motions for each “client” and there’s no algorithm that can provide you the support or expertise you truly need in the real estate market.

I strive to provide exceptional service that is specific to you and your needs. Most of my clients end up becoming lifelong friends and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

What matters most to you?
The thing that matters most to me is ensuring my clients are happy, well taken care of, and able to find their home in Nashville just like I have been able to do. My clients are what keeps my business going and their happiness is why I do what I do.

I also want people to see the benefit and long-term gains of investing in real estate. Real estate allows people to grow their net worth and is constantly touted as the best investment. (In fact, ninety percent of all millionaires become so through owning real estate).

I want people to be able to not only understand the many benefits but also help make their dream of owning real estate becoming a reality. For too many first-time homeowners or investors, the process can seem daunting and out of reach. However, there are many resources and options available. I love helping people achieve those goals!
