Brennan Williams of Eugene on Life, Lessons & Legacy

We recently had the chance to connect with Brennan Williams and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Brennan, thank you so much for joining us today. We’re thrilled to learn more about your journey, values and what you are currently working on. Let’s start with an ice breaker: What is a normal day like for you right now?
Every day’s a new adventure, and I wouldn’t trade it for anything. Mornings start with a strong coffee and a peek at my schedule. If I’m with Lightwarrior Services, I’m out in Eugene, tools in hand, tackling home repairs or renovations. Many of my clients are elderly or disabled, and it means everything to make their homes safer and more comfortable. It’s real, hands-on work that keeps me grounded and tied to my community.

By midday, I’m at Prestige Worldwide Entertainment or Revolution Recording Studio, recording, mixing, or mastering tracks for local artists and authors. Whether I’m shaping someone’s sound, creating content, or planning entertaining events, I love carving out space for creativity to thrive. My Nashville roots drive me to weave storytelling into every project, blended with a conscious hip hop edge that’s all my own.

Evenings are for Sound Healing, where I dive into what lights me up most. I craft sound healing beats, and soundscapes for meditation or sleep, and lead live sessions that help people find peace. Recently, I’ve teamed up with local healers through The Higher Vibrations Alliance, blending somatic breathwork with sound baths. Watching our community heal and grow through these experiences is powerful. For years, I’ve shared the magic of sound and frequency healing using #BWillySoundHealing hashtag. If you’re curious or skeptical, check that hashtag to explore the science and soul of this ancient practice.

My latest track, “Ride Up That Hill,” as BWilly The Healer, is straight from my heart. It’s an Oregon country anthem inspired by my late father’s grit, weaving love, resilience, and life’s toughest climbs into a sound that feels like Nashville but vibes purely Oregon. We shot the video in the stunning hills of the Willamette Valley, with five-year-old motocross star Lincoln Cargill stealing the show. Turning grief into something uplifting was everything, and I’m pumped to share it with Voyager readers. Stream it on Spotify, watch it on YouTube, and come climb that hill with me.

My days are a blend of hard work, music, and healing. From Nashville’s soul to Eugene’s energy, I’m all about lifting people up, one project at a time.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Hey, I’m Brennan Williams. I’m a conscious creator, music producer, singer, certified sound healer, entrepreneur, world traveler, and CEO of Prestige Worldwide Entertainment LLC. I was born in Nashville, Tennessee but now I call Eugene, Oregon home. It’s a place where I’ve built a life centered around creativity, healing, and community.

Since we last spoke, I’ve studied and received my certification in sound healing and have amassed a large library of ancient sound healing instruments. That journey has deepened my connection to music and expanded the tools I use to help others align with their highest frequency.

Prestige Worldwide Entertainment is the parent company for most of my projects, including #BWillySoundHealing. In that space, I blend ancient healing instruments with modern music production to create soundscapes that help people relax, release, and reconnect. Not all of my music is meditative. I produce full-on beats that are infused with healing frequencies, blending intention with rhythm in a way that still moves energy and supports positive transformation. I offer private sessions, space clearings, mobile sound baths, and custom meditations designed to support energetic alignment. This work has taken me from local events and retreats to sacred sites like the pyramids of Egypt. In addition to my work in music and healing, I’m partnered with The Higher Vibrations Alliance, a collective focused on spiritual wellness and community healing. Together, we organize events that give people the opportunity to explore energy work, breathwork, somatic tattoos, and other holistic practices in a safe and supportive environment.

I also work as the assistant audio engineer at Revolution Recording Studio here in Eugene. My team and I collaborate with artists on recording, mixing, and mastering projects, helping them bring their sound to life with clarity and intention. We also help people with other creative projects like audio book recording and podcast production.

When I’m not working on music or healing projects, I run Lightwarrior Services, my handyman and carpentry business. I help clients from all walks of life with everything from basic repairs to creative builds. I take pride in doing solid, reliable work and bringing good energy into people’s homes and spaces.

As BWillyTheHealer, I’ve built a following of over 30,000 people across Instagram and TikTok. I use those platforms to share content that inspires, uplifts, and encourages others to align with their highest self. No matter what role I’m stepping into each day, my goal is to create with love, serve with purpose, and help others raise their frequency.

Appreciate your sharing that. Let’s talk about your life, growing up and some of topics and learnings around that. What was your earliest memory of feeling powerful?
One of my earliest memories of feeling truly powerful was when I graduated from North West Christian University with my degree in business administration & accounting and I worked my way into the CFO role at the St. Vincent de Paul Society of Lane County by the time I was 25. It’s a major nonprofit doing incredible work in the community, with an annual budget of around $500 million. That role came with a lot of responsibility, and being trusted at that level so young gave me a real sense of accomplishment. I had a hand in solving major issues, bringing clarity to systems, and making sure resources were flowing to the right places.

But once I had achieved it, held it, and fixed what needed fixing, I felt empty. The work, while important, wasn’t creative or fulfilling for me. It felt like I had climbed the ladder just to realize it was leaning against the wrong wall. I wasn’t using my gifts, and I wasn’t feeding my soul. That’s when I knew I had to change my life. I walked away from the title and the paycheck and made the leap into a life that aligned with my passion for music, healing, and helping people in more direct, hands-on ways. It has been terrifying at times, but I’ve never looked back!

Was there ever a time you almost gave up?
There have definitely been times since I started my creative journey back in 2014 when I almost gave up. Being a creator can be hard, especially if you’re chasing outside recognition or validation. That was one of the biggest lessons I had to learn. Over time, I realized that creating from the heart and staying aligned with my purpose mattered more than likes, streams, or applause.

One of the turning points for me came at Burning Man in 2021. I was sitting in the middle of the playa, surrounded by art, music, and raw human expression, when I got the clearest download I’ve ever received. I knew I was meant to blend ancient sound healing instruments and frequencies with mainstream music production. My mission became clear, to help bring sound healing to the world in a way that’s modern, accessible, and impactful. At the time, I did not even know what Sound Healing was. I knew I had a lot of work to do to fulfil my destiny.

Of course, that path didn’t come without resistance. Friends and family didn’t always get it. I got a lot of sideways looks, a lot of questions. People tend to fear or dismiss what they don’t understand. But I kept going, because I’ve seen the impact this work has on people. I’ve felt it in my own body. I’ve witnessed it in others. So I’ve spent the last few years raising awareness about what sound healing actually is and how it affects us on both molecular and energetic levels. That purpose keeps me going, even on the hard days.

Sure, so let’s go deeper into your values and how you think. Is the public version of you the real you?
Wholeheartedly, yes. The public version of me is the real me. What you see is what you get. I don’t hide behind any masks or try to be someone I’m not. I’ve done a lot of inner work to get to a place where I feel grounded in who I am, and I share that openly through everything I do. Whether it’s music, sound healing, carpentry, or just showing up on social media, it’s all me.

I’m the same person in the studio, at a sound bath, on Instagram, or out in nature with friends. I believe people are craving realness, and I’ve made it a point to be that. I share the highs and the struggles, the wins and the growth. Being fully myself is not just part of my brand, it’s part of my healing and purpose.

Before we go, we’d love to hear your thoughts on some longer-run, legacy type questions. What do you understand deeply that most people don’t?
One thing I understand deeply that most people don’t is frequency. Not just in the musical sense, but in the sense of life itself. Everything in existence is vibrating. Every atom, every cell, every thought, every word carries a frequency. The universe is built on sound and vibration. It’s the language of creation.

Through my work with sound healing, I’ve come to truly understand how certain tones, rhythms, and instruments can affect the human body, mind, and spirit. Frequencies can calm the nervous system, release trapped emotions, clear energy blocks, and even bring us into higher states of consciousness. They reach us at the molecular level. Long before the mind can make sense of what’s happening, the body is already responding.

We’re constantly being impacted by frequencies, whether we realize it or not. The music we listen to, the tone of someone’s voice, the emotional energy in a room, it all affects our field. The more aware we become of the frequencies we allow in, and the ones we emit, the more power we have to shape our reality.

I’ve experienced firsthand how healing frequencies can shift a person’s entire state of being. I’ve seen it in private sessions, group sound baths, and in myself. This is why I’m so passionate about blending ancient sound tools with modern production. It’s about using sound not just for entertainment, but as medicine. As a bridge between the physical and the spiritual. To me, frequency is the foundation of everything. And once you truly understand that, it changes how you move through the world.
