Today we’d like to introduce you to Evelina Rogers
Hi Evelina, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I’ve always had a love for being creative in whatever way possible, however I tend to be on the shy side. So platforms like Instagram and Tik Tok give me an outlet to be my creative goofy self without fear of judgement. It has really helped me come out of my shell and meet friends and other fellow creatives who share my same passion.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Nothing worth having ever comes easy. There is always highs and lows but when you are doing what you truly love and enjoy, it’s always worth it no matter the negativity that may come your way!
And there’s definitely been some negative and hateful comments, but I tend to be a pretty positive person. So as long as my road makes sense to me, it doesn’t need to make sense to others!
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
Most people in this industry have their one “thing” that makes them popular and makes them who they are.
I’ve never really found my “thing” and I think people relate to that! I do make up. I model. I travel. I like video games and sports. I’m girly, but can hang with the boys. I’m silly and goofy and awkward and I think it’s refreshing to see someone that doesn’t have her whole life or career figured out, that is still successful and relatable.
Can you tell us more about what you were like growing up?
Growing up I was shy! I always wanted to be the outgoing, popular girl that had so many friends, but that was just never me! And that’s okay! All roads are different! And a lot of those girls that I used to look up to, now message me saying I’ve influenced them. It’s a really cool full circle moment for me!
