Check Out Hannah Myers’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Hannah Myers.

Hi Hannah, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I’ve spent more than fifteen years in real estate, but my journey has never been just about houses. I started in property management and leasing in 2010, eventually building my business across multiple states while navigating military life, motherhood, entrepreneurship, and constant reinvention. Every move taught me something new about people, resilience, and what “home” really means. Today, I’m the founder of The Home Alchemist™ Exclusive, a luxury-focused real estate brand built around the belief that a home is far more than a transaction. It’s a reflection of identity, lifestyle, and the next chapter someone is stepping into.

Alongside real estate, I host American Dream TV, where I get to tell the stories of the communities, businesses, and people that make Middle Tennessee such a special place to live. At my core, I’m both strategic and creative. I love data, negotiation, and market trends, but I’m equally drawn to design, storytelling, intuition, and human connection. The intersection of those worlds is where I’ve built my career.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Not even close.

Many of the years I was building my business, I was also raising our 4 children while supporting my husband through military service and eventually his medical retirement. There were many seasons when he was deployed, away training, or unavailable due to the demands of service, and I was carrying most of the responsibilities at home while trying to grow a career. Entrepreneurship has a way of exposing every weakness and teaching every lesson. I’ve experienced failed partnerships, difficult transactions, financial uncertainty, burnout, and moments where quitting would have been easier. But those experiences taught me how to adapt, trust myself, and continue moving forward when the path wasn’t clear.

Looking back, I wouldn’t change any of it. The challenges became the foundation for the resilience, perspective, and leadership I bring into my business today.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
I help people navigate life’s major transitions through real estate. My clients range from first-time buyers and military families to executives, entrepreneurs, luxury homeowners, and investors. While every transaction is different, they’re all stepping into a new chapter.

What sets me apart isn’t a sales tactic-it’s my ability to balance strategy with human connection. I understand that buying or selling a home is often tied to something deeper: growth, family, success, loss, or reinvention. I’ve built a reputation as a trusted advisor, creative problem-solver, and steady advocate. I’m known for staying calm under pressure, finding solutions when challenges arise, and carrying much of the stress so my clients don’t have to.

Through The Home Alchemist™, I’ve created a brand centered on transformation and intentional living. My goal isn’t simply to help people buy or sell a house-it’s to help them create a life they genuinely love. What I’m most proud of isn’t production volume. It’s building a business that reflects who I am, serves people well, and stays authentic in an industry that often rewards conformity.

Where we are in life is often partly because of others. Who/what else deserves credit for how your story turned out?
No one builds something meaningful alone. My children have grown alongside this journey and have shown incredible patience, resilience, and grace through every season. My husband has been a constant source of support, believing in the vision even when the path wasn’t always clear.

I’m deeply grateful to the clients who trusted me with some of life’s biggest transitions. Many have become lifelong friends, and their trust has shaped both my business and who I am today.

I’m also thankful for the partners, contractors, lenders, title professionals, and community members who help bring every transaction together. Success is never a solo achievement- it’s built through relationships, trust, and the people who choose to walk alongside you.
