Check Out Kevin Corn’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Kevin Corn.

Hi Kevin, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
From my Nashville studio, I design homes that are as personal as they are polished. A simple belief guides my work—a return to gracious living—where practicality blends with memory, comfort meets beauty, and everyday rituals coexist with the quiet luxury of being truly at home. Having a background in art history, I approach each project with a curator’s sensibility, helping clients build layered collections of art and objects that give their spaces depth and soul.

That eye for storytelling was sharpened during seven wonderful years with Ralph Lauren’s Creative Services Division, where I fell in love with their signature blend of romance, nostalgia, and polish.

In 1998, I launched my own studio to bring that distinct sensibility to life. Whether designing a residence here in Nashville, a boutique hotel in Palm Springs, or a home in Aspen, my goal is always the same: to create layered, inviting spaces that welcome you to settle in, relax, and stay awhile.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It’s always a struggle coordinating projects out of state or out of the country. I’m fortunate that I have a great support team to keep communication, deliveries, and installations running smoothly.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
What I am most proud of are the lifelong relationships I’ve built. Over the past twenty-five years, I’ve designed multiple homes for the same families, watching their children grow up and now helping those children design their very first homes. There is a deep comfort in knowing that I am not just trusted to deliver beautiful spaces, but relied upon for honest, thoughtful guidance.

So, before we go, how can our readers or others connect or collaborate with you? How can they support you?
My studio is available for full-service residential and commercial projects, both here in Nashville and across the country.

I love partnering with fellow designers, artists, architects, and artisans who share a passion for craftsmanship, soul, and history.

You don’t have to be in the middle of a major renovation to be part of the journey. The greatest compliment is simply staying connected.
