Check Out Kierah Quendasia “K.Quen” Pruitt’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Kierah Quendasia “K.Quen” Pruitt.

Hi Kierah, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
My story is all over the place, to say the least, I have had many battles that I’ve faced alone and still do to this very day. However, I am thankful for each and every challenge that comes my way because it continues to shape my character into the individual I was born to be.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Of course, the path to becoming a better individual has not been the smoothest road.

There have been so many struggles between trouble with the law, false allegations to financial stability, and lost relationships, but I am grateful for each and every obstacle for it has continued to motivate and install the energy I needed in order to keep pressing forward without looking back on my past decisions.

There’s a major difference between “looking back on” and “reflecting” on our past and when we finally come to a point in our lives of understanding it’s no longer easier said than done, you just do it.

To this day, I continue to reflect on my poor decisions for it has amply created the person I needed to become and who or what I shifted from in my life.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I’ve never been able to answer “what I do” in simplicity for my background falls on a wide spectrum.

To say the least, I am a creative R&B artist I have music that will reflect on my own life, past decisions, lost love, broken promises, etc. and I just hope that it will bring the sound back that we’ve longed for as a whole and bring clarity to those who will enjoy listening to my sound.

In addition, I am also a creative portrait and events photographer. I recently fell in love with the perception of photography and capturing some of the most beautiful individuals I have had the opportunity to work with; the hobby as a whole brings passion, peace, and joy into my life and I get to pour that same energy into those that choose to work with me and it’s been an honor thus far.

Last, but not least, I’m a former certified personal trainer and present licensed massage therapist. I’ve always had a passion for creating a healthy lifestyle for myself as well as for other women and it has been by far the best decision I’ve ever made.

I’ve taken my fitness career to a whole new level and currently, I train with some of the most trusted mixed martial arts coaches therapeutic reasons in hopes to compete on an amateur/professional level here soon. In all, it is by far challenging to be multi-talented because of the amount of balance one has to have and find in order to remain consistent in each field.

Even though, I’m unsure as to what passion may place me to where I hope to be in life someday; each and every one of my passions has helped drive and shift me into the individual I am today.

What’s next?
My plan for the future is to conquer stability. Focusing on the things I’m most passionate about in hopes to one day inspire someone else to remain solid despite any struggles or obstacles that are destined to you off course.
