Check Out Rambo Lee ’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Rambo Lee .

Hi Rambo, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I grew up in Memphis, Tennessee, where I developed my passion for writing songs and rapping. I feel like rapping was just a hobby until I finally took it seriously when I moved to Murfreesboro. Of course, before moving to Murfreesboro, I attempted to make music but nothing I truly believed in. I started taking my career seriously once I met one of my long-time friends and collaborators, Beeks Vybe. He was producing music for another artist from Murfreesboro, and the two of them moved to Los Angeles, California, where I would eventually move to. It was here in the Murfreesboro/Nashville area where I gained the confidence to start creating music I believed in. I eventually moved to California to create music with my friend Beeks Vybe. During the three years I was there, I developed as an artist and a performer. I moved back to the Nashville area during the pandemic. Since coming back, I’ve been able to release two albums and collaborate with another amazing artist located in Nashville, Mr. 110. Between creating music, skits, music videos, and curating events for other artists, my time back in Nashville has been an amazing experience. I’ve been able to network and build relationships with many talented artists and producers like my homie J Six.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Nowhere near a smooth road, being an independent artist and trying to figure out a budget that works for you is not easy. When I first moved to LA, I slept on a friend’s couch and was jobless for 6 months. I was fortunate enough to have friends who believed in me and helped me until I could get back on my feet financially. During those 6 months, I could still do a bunch of shows, record music, and shoot videos.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
I’m a rapper, singer, songwriter, and entertainer. I feel like I specialize in being very versatile with my creativity. I am most proud of never giving up. I know many talented people who gave up creating and working towards their dreams because it’s not easy. What sets me apart from others is that I know exactly who I am as an artist and what I want to bring to the entertainment industry.

How can people work with you, collaborate with you, or support you?
If people would like to collaborate or even support me, they can reach me on my Instagram. Also, email works too.
