In 2020, I sold the pharmacy that I had operated for over a decade in Spring Hill and subsequently began serving as a pharmacist in various settings for nearly four years. This experience illuminated the challenges I faced in providing the same level of personalized care to my patients as I had delivered in my own pharmacy. It became evident that personal engagement with customers is paramount, rather than merely dispensing medications and completing transactions devoid of meaningful interaction. For instance, I was unable to review patients’ medications and offer guidance on critical aspects of their medication therapy, such as short medication therapy management. My responsibilities primarily centered on the volume of prescriptions processed daily, which ultimately detracted from genuine patient care and resulted in an increasing number of prescriptions each day. Consequently, customers were treated as numerical statistics rather than individuals, contrasting sharply with the personalized service I had previously provided.
My pursuit of a career in pharmacy was driven by a commitment to patient care, enhancing their understanding of medications, and ensuring there were no drug interactions or contraindications with their existing medications. This motivation is the principal reason for my decision to reopen a pharmacy: to deliver the highest standard of care to my customers and to contribute positively to their health outcomes.

Establishing a small business from the ground up is a complex endeavor that presents numerous challenges on a daily basis. It requires a significant investment of time and effort before the operations can be perceived as manageable.

We operate as a full-service independent pharmacy situated in Spring Hill, Tennessee. I am a pharmacist with extensive experience in medication therapy, committed to providing exceptional care to our patients. Our objective is to deliver the highest standard of pharmaceutical services. Additionally, our pharmacy offers a range of supplementary services, including compounding and tailored medication solutions for both humans and animals. We facilitate shipping options through FedEx and enable customers to conveniently drop off their USPS packages. Furthermore, we serve as a U-Haul rental facility.
