Hi Ashley , so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
After spending over two decades in the medical field and earning multiple degrees, I found myself in a place I never expected—completely burnt out. I was overworked, constantly stressed, and felt like I was stuck in a dead-end position with no real fulfillment.
During that time, I had taken on a few side cleaning jobs just for extra income—and to my surprise, I actually enjoyed it. The process of cleaning gave me a sense of calm and accomplishment that I hadn’t felt in years.
For about two years, I juggled both my full-time job and part-time cleaning work. The more I cleaned, the more I realized how much I loved the work and the satisfaction it brought me. With the support of my husband, I made the bold decision to quit my job and take a leap of faith.
That’s when we officially launched the cleaning company. What started as a side hustle quickly turned into a passion-driven business—one that not only brings peace and order into clients’ homes and workspaces, but also gave me a fresh start in a career I truly love.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It hasn’t been a smooth road.
Transitioning into a completely different industry came with its own steep learning curve. I struggled to figure out how to market my business effectively, how to price jobs fairly (but profitably), and how to attract and keep reliable, quality employees. Even identifying exactly what I wanted my business to focus on—residential vs. commercial, deep cleans vs. recurring maintenance—took time, trial, and error.
Despite the bumps, I’ve kept going. Every mistake has been a lesson. Every challenge has made me a better business owner. I’m still learning, still growing—but I’m finally doing something I love, and that has made all the difference.

Do you any memories from childhood that you can share with us?
One of my favorite childhood memories is spending time with my Nana and Papa. Those quiet, simple moments made a big impact on me. It was my Nana who first taught me how to clean—with patience, pride, and a sense of purpose. She didn’t just teach me how to tidy a room; she taught me to take pride in caring for a home.
That early lesson has stayed with me and is part of the heart behind this business. Every space we clean, we treat with that same care and attention—like it matters, because it does.
