Today we’d like to introduce you to Brad Francis.
Hi Brad, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I grew up in Nolensville. Both of my parents were programmers and it was always something I was interested in. So I went to school for computer networking and quickly got a job at a major national firm.
The career and culture ended up not being a good fit for me. A good friend of mine had started an apprenticeship in the Electric trade and thought I might enjoy it. I’m so happy and blessed to have found this trade. I wake up every day feeling lucky that I get to do the work I do. All of these years later and I now own and operate Luxe Electric. Im truly living the American Dream.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Every day presents a new challenge, and some days are harder than others. I spend most of my days in a crawl space or attic. Where the hard work happens. But getting to see the final product at the end of the day makes it worth it.

Luxe Electric offers a full suite of electric services. I focus on residential construction, because I believe people’s homes should get the highest quality service. Troubleshooting is one of my personal strengths, and that probably comes from my many years in the tech sector. But Luxe specializes in lighting and custom installs.
