Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Like any business, we have experienced our share of ups and downs. Over the past three years, we’ve achieved a 4x growth rate, which has been incredibly rewarding but also presented some challenges. Managing this rapid growth while ensuring steady cash flow and efficiently onboarding numerous new team members has been a complex but invaluable learning experience for our team.
We’ve been impressed with Social Link, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Social Link was founded in 2008, initially selling hotel rooms on Myspace. Today, we offer comprehensive marketing and advertising services, including strategic planning, digital marketing (PPC, SEM, Social Media, etc.), full OTT video and commercial capabilities, and in-house web development.
We specialize in helping companies boost their brand awareness and drive trackable revenue growth. Our approach begins with an in-depth analysis of your business to create a tailored strategic plan for growth. Once the plan is set, we collaborate with our partners to develop and execute assets for the identified channels, whether they are traditional or cutting-edge digital marketing tactics.
We are known for our superior quality and exceptional customer service. At Social Link, customer service is our greatest sales tool, ensuring our clients receive the best possible experience and results.
Any big plans?
Our future plans include continuing to expand our social media influencer programs, enhancing our video offerings from social media content to full-scale commercials, and expanding into new markets. We recently opened an office in New York City and are currently looking to establish a satellite office in Fort Lauderdale. These expansions will allow us to better serve our clients and stay ahead in the ever-evolving marketing landscape.
