Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
My journey into pageantry began in 2014 when I won the Miss New York Teen USA title. Since then, I have won five additional state titles, three national titles, and two international crowns. After winning my first national title in 2016, I began my business, Fit to Reign. Through my life coaching enterprise, I provide pageant coaching, self-development mentoring, and fitness programming. Committed to holistic wellness, my goal is to help my clients achieve physical, mental, and spiritual fortitude through Fit to Reign. Titles I have held include:

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
I must say that God has truly blessed my business as it is founded in Him. As women, we are Fit to Reign because we are daughters of the One True King. We are created in God’s image! I always keep Christ at the center of everything I do with Fit to Reign, and I believe that is why my business has been successful. The most important thing for me to remember is that I was created for a purpose, and if I keep my eyes on God, He will lead me along the right path, bringing honor to His name. That is what I strive for in life, and I feel privileged to be able to pursue my passion for pageantry while fulfilling my purpose!

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
I am a Liberty University graduate with degrees in Communication, Psychology, and Christian Counseling, and a certified personal trainer. I am the driving force behind Fit to Reign, where I am deeply passionate about guiding my clients to achieve holistic fitness across the mental, intellectual, social, spiritual, physical, and emotional dimensions, empowering them to reign in life.

My journey into pageantry began in 2014 when I won the prestigious Miss New York Teen USA title. Since then, I’ve won five state titles, three national titles, and two international crowns. Through these experiences, I’ve had the opportunity to explore the globe, forge lasting bonds, collaborate with incredible organizations, and continuously grow as a person. Drawing from my extensive pageant background, I now coach women nationwide, equipping them for their pursuit of the crown. My coaching services include paperwork assistance, interview prep, on-stage presence enhancement, competition wardrobe consultation, platform development, public speaking, and modeling guidance.

As a fitness enthusiast and certified personal trainer, I craft personalized fitness programs for women across the country, focusing on endurance, strength, balance, and flexibility. I also offer nutritional advice to optimize results and promote confidence, health, and strength in my clients. Additionally, through Fit to Reign Glam, I offer makeup artistry services to enhance women’s natural beauty and nurture their confidence for various special occasions.

In my role as a Purpose Coach, I guide young women toward heightened self-awareness and understanding. My coaching emphasizes practical tools to overcome challenges, set constructive goals, establish healthy boundaries, and enhance communication and coping skills. Through Fit to Reign Purpose Coaching, my clients embark on a journey to honor themselves, overcome obstacles, achieve their aspirations, and blossom into successful, content, and self-assured individuals.

I understand that every person is a triune being, which is why I empower women to pursue their physical and mental goals while deepening their spiritual journey. Through weekly virtual Fit to Reign Women’s Bible Studies, I offer guidance to women seeking growth in all areas of their lives. Each Tuesday night, women from all over the country and diverse backgrounds come together to strengthen their character in Christ, build meaningful friendships, and deepen their faith. To be Fit to Reign is to embrace your true identity as a daughter of the King!

Is there anyone you’d like to thank or give credit to?
I credit a lot of my success to my parents. They are both entrepreneurs, and they inspired me and equipped me to tackle my start-up. My mother is my biggest cheerleader and supporter. She has incredible ideas and a powerful vision for the future of Fit to Reign. Her love and support continue to motivate me to push forward in pursuit of my passion. I am also extremely grateful for my amazing clients. Their loyalty and trust in me instill confidence and make me feel like I am right where I am supposed to be. I am grateful for all of my friends and family who have prayed for me and the future of Fit to Reign.
