After 15 years of distinguished military and government service — including combat operations and special operations instruction — followed by 17 years in law enforcement across patrol, SWAT, and training divisions, I began to notice something that deeply concerned me. Despite the millions of citizens who desire to live in peace and safety, there remained a dangerous void in competent and effective personal safety training available to everyday people.
The hard truth is simple: there are good people in this world, and there are bad people as well. My mission in life is to equip the good people who encounter bad people with the essential tools of safety, security, self-defense, and survival.
Over the years, I’ve learned that true safety requires more than tactics; it requires transformation. Becoming safer isn’t a single lesson — it’s a lifestyle. I help individuals increase their knowledge and application of mental, physical, and emotional safety. Through hands-on instruction, structured coaching, and mindset development, my goal is to help people not only survive but thrive with confidence and awareness.
My catalog of training and coaching programs is designed for every level — from the novice learner to the seasoned professional. The most popular courses include:
-Basic Firearms Training – This foundational course teaches essential firearm safety, handling, and marksmanship. Clients gain confidence, discipline, and a working understanding of how to responsibly manage their firearm.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It has definitely not been smooth. The biggest challenge is convincing the average person the necessity for Personal Safety Training before an incident happens. It’s easy after an incident happens but there is no consistency and the person starts to fall back into old ways and habits.

If we knew you growing up, how would we have described you?
I was a shy kid until puberty. I was always considered very intelligence and athletics but when I hit puberty everything increased. I found myself being compared to the better or best athletes in my area or state. I started participating in non-traditional sports like gymnastics and springboard diving. Even though I had a severe stutter I participated in spelling bees and poetry contests. These activities drastically increased my self confidence.
