Community Highlights: Meet Jenna Wolf of The Lotus Room

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jenna Wolf.

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I never originally set out to build a wellness business. Honestly, I was just trying to heal myself.

There was a period in my early adulthood when I was grieving, lost, overwhelmed, and deeply hungry for something more meaningful. I began reconnecting to myself through touch, ritual, beauty, and rest. It changed me. Not overnight, but slowly.

Around that time, I had a dream.

In the dream, I was building a house. People just kept coming to it. Walking in heavy and leaving lighter. It wasn’t flashy or perfect, but it was warm and safe. It became this kind of beacon of light in the darkness. A place people were drawn to when they needed comfort, healing, beauty, or peace.

Eventually, that dream became The Lotus Room. And what once felt like a small, improbable vision became something far bigger than I ever imagined.

Over the years, the house has grown tremendously and held so many, but at its core, our mission has stayed the same: to create a space where people feel cared for, restored, and reminded of who they are beneath the noise.

I couldn’t shake the feeling of something laying a foundation in me then and it’s here with me now.

I’m still building the house from that dream, but now I understand it was never just a place. It was something living within all of us.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
There were seasons of burnout, financial stress, self-doubt, and learning many lessons the hard way. In many ways, I was building The Lotus Room while still healing parts of myself.

One of the greatest challenges has been learning how to grow without losing the soul of what makes this house special. Building a business is one thing. Building something with real soul and intention behind it is another.

I may have been dragged kicking, screaming and definitely crying through the mud, but every challenge deepened the vision and taught me how to lead with more resilience, clarity, and heart.

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
The Lotus Room is a boutique wellness studio rooted in the belief that healing should feel both deeply restorative and deeply human. We specialize in massage therapy, skincare, Ayurvedic-inspired treatments, and creating immersive experiences that help people reconnect to themselves in a world that often asks them to disconnect.

Over the years, we’ve become known not only for exceptional bodywork and transformational experiences, but for the feeling of the house itself. Many clients tell us they feel lighter the moment they walk in.

Do you have any memories from childhood that you can share with us?
I don’t know if I have one singular favorite childhood memory, but I remember always living in my imagination. I was constantly creating little worlds. Writing stories, making art, dressing up, performing dramatic shows for absolutely no one. I loved anything that felt magical and immersive.
