Today we’d like to introduce you to Palmer Lee.
Palmer, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I used to work in the music industry full-time as a songwriter. Partially due to loved ones being in chronic pain, I realized I wanted to work hands-on on other people’s bodies to try to help them heal. It was through talking with a friend that I learned about Assisted Lymphatic Therapy.
I was sold on it from the beginning. The fact that inflammation is the basis of most chronic illnesses meant that I could help people struggling with all sorts of things. It’s also a pretty new modality, which excited me. Inflammation, in most of its forms, is harmful, and we all carry it to some degree. ALT is the most effective way that I’ve witnessed to help people with inflammation on their health journeys with cancer, Lymes disease, fibromyalgia, sinus issues, and even relatively healthy people who are carrying excess inflammation!
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Not quite! I started working at East Nashville Chiropractic in February of 2020, and my publishing deal ended at the end of February 2020. March of 2020 was supposed to be the month that I dove full-force into my new career, and then the tornado hit, which put us out for a week because of loss of electricity. Then, a week later, the COVID lockdowns began, which put me out for a couple of months. Starting a business like this in the middle of a pandemic hasn’t been easy, but it has been growing slowly and steadily. Many of my clients that I started seeing when I was able to get back to work last year are still coming to see me because ALT has been so impactful for them! Seeing results in my clients has been the silver lining of this past year and a half.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
Assisted Lymphatic Therapy is a gentle, light touch, non-invasive technique that stimulates proper flow and drainage of lymph. ALT uses a combination of vibrational, light, and electrical waves to help break up congested lymph and allow it to move freely.
My sessions are an hour long and similar to getting a massage, but instead of using my hands, I use a machine! You can see what a session looks like here:

What’s next?
I’m excited for more people to find out about ALT. Many people who struggle with inflammation, especially Lymphedema, don’t have very good solutions yet. I believe ALT can help many different issues and people who are looking for solutions!
I don’t have any big changes in the works – Just continuing to share the information I have that I think can help people!
Pricing:
- Full Session – $125
- Head and Neck Session – $55
