Today we’d like to introduce you to Rose Carter.
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
When I moved to Franklin, I knew I wanted to create something personal, intentional, and deeply rooted in care. After working in high-end studios and medical spas, I realized that what people really crave-beyond great skincare-is a space where they feel seen, safe, and nurtured.
Starting my business out of my home allowed me to offer just that.
It’s a more intimate setting, and I love that my clients feel relaxed the moment they walk in.
There’s no rush, no pressure-just focused, individualized attention and a high standard of care. Franklin has such a warm, close-knit energy, and working from home fits that spirit.
It’s about creating real relationships, not just appointments.
Plus, as a mom, having my studio at home helps me balance family life while still doing what I love. My business is built on quality, not volume
—and that’s a philosophy that extends into every treatment I offer.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
I don’t think anything in life is a smooth road. It’s what makes the good things stand out so strongly. I think just meeting clients and gaining trust has been where the bumps are. I am the newish girl in town and there are so many wonderful places to go for skin these days!
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
I specialize in facials and microneedling, and I’m currently curating a thoughtful, high-performance lineup of products tailored to each client’s unique needs. If I don’t carry what’s right for you, l’ll point you in the direction of someone who does. I believe skincare is deeply internal, with a spiritual element—and my hope is that every woman who walks into my studio leaves feeling beautiful, supported, and truly seen.
What has been the most important lesson you’ve learned along your journey?
If I’m authentic and stay away from the trends and stick with what I truly believe in for each client the right people will land in my studio. There are enough people for all of to make it in this industry.
