Today we’d like to introduce you to Samuel Owoyemi
Hi Samuel, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
My story started with migrating to the city 11 years ago to attend Lipscomb University. I have since then graduated from being a student to being a business owner. In between exist several failures, mistakes, and transformations.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It has not been smooth, but indeed, the universe lifts those who don’t quit. As an immigrant, it was a little rough getting some doors to open for me in terms of employment and definitely business.
As you know, we’re big fans of Mongotise. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
We are an out-of-home advertisement company. We connect clients and brands with the people and locations that matter. We are Nashville-based, and our goal is to put money in the pockets of Nashville-driving partners while serving our clientele. Our brand is about connecting – which can connect drivers with amazing people.
Have you learned any interesting or important lessons due to the Covid-19 Crisis?
Yes, people matter more than “things”. Everything can truly shut down and can be replaced but the relationships we have are almost irreplaceable when lost.
