Community Highlights: Meet Ty Beard of TMB Enterprises, LLC.

Today we’d like to introduce you to Ty Beard.

Hi Ty, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
Growing up, I was always drawn to people, energy, and community. I was an athlete my entire life, which naturally taught me communication and how important relationships and teamwork are. My parents raised me to always be a strong leader, prioritized faith in all things, influenced me to plant seeds in my community, and cater to people to bring joy and happiness in all endeavors of life; and I have carried those aspects with me now into my adult life.

I attended the University of Tennessee, where I studied Communications and International Business and Marketing, and was heavily involved with campus social and recruitment life – during that time I really started to realize how much I enjoyed branding, storytelling, and creating experiences that bring people together.

After college, I stepped into both the real estate and music industries here in Nashville, which has honestly shaped a huge part of who I am today. Being in both industries simultaneously at such a young age allowed me to build relationships across so many different spaces and understand how connected business, culture, entertainment, and community really are in this city.

Nashville has played a major role in my journey because it’s a city full of growth, creativity, and opportunity. I’m still very early in my career, but I’m grateful for every opportunity, every relationship, and every lesson that has helped shape the direction I’m heading in. Right now, I’m focused on continuing to grow as an Entreprenuer and building what I am so passionate about doing when it comes to marketing and branding for myself and for businesses big and small.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It hasn’t necessarily been a smooth road but it has been joyous and eventful to say the least. I knew this journey less traveled with the route I have taken and where I see myself going would sometimes be lonely and demanding but I have adopted the mindset that the journey is the best part. Learning to embrace the person your are becoming as you grow professionally and personally is extremely important and always remembering that as hard as you should be on yourself about your boundaries, your goals, and your growth, you have to give yourself grace to except mistakes made along the way and trials and the tribulations that occur with them too.
Remembering your why and being confident in who you are and what you bring to the table asset wise is something that even on bad days you have to remember and find your strength within when things are not always going the way you planned.

Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about TMB Enterprises, LLC.?
TMB Enterprises, LLC. is really the umbrella for all of the creative, branding, media, marketing, and community-focused work I’ve been building over the last few years. At its core, the company is centered around helping people, brands, and experiences create stronger connection, visibility, and cultural impact — especially within entertainment, hospitality, nightlife, real estate, and lifestyle spaces.

A lot of what makes our brand unique is that we don’t look at businesses or ideas in a traditional way. We focus heavily on experience, storytelling, community, and energy. Whether it’s helping build a brand identity, developing marketing strategies, creating social-first content, curating events, producing media concepts, or consulting on audience engagement, everything we do is rooted in making people feel something and creating spaces where people genuinely want to be involved.

Over time, TMB Enterprises has evolved into a very relationship-driven and culture-driven brand. Nashville is growing rapidly, and I’ve been fortunate to work across multiple industries here — from real estate and entertainment to nightlife and media — which has allowed me to understand how important community and collaboration are in today’s world. A major part of what we specialize in is helping bridge those worlds together in an authentic way.

One thing that sets us apart is that we’re very tapped into people and culture. We understand how audiences engage today, especially younger audiences. A lot of brands focus only on promotion, but we focus on creating experiences, moments, and ecosystems that people actually want to return to and talk about. Whether it’s through branding, live experiences, digital media, or future tech concepts like FOMO, the goal is always to create meaningful interaction and lasting community.
Brand-wise, I’m most proud of the authenticity behind everything we build. Nothing is forced or manufactured. A lot of our opportunities, partnerships, and growth have come organically through relationships, consistency, and simply showing up in different spaces throughout the city. I’m proud that the brand has become known for creativity, ambition, collaboration, and bringing good energy into rooms and projects.

I’d want readers to know that TMB Enterprises is still growing and evolving, and we have a LONG way to go, but the vision has always been bigger than just one industry or title. The goal is to continue building impactful brands, experiences, media platforms, and community-driven concepts that leave a positive mark on Nashville and beyond.

We all have a different way of looking at and defining success. How do you define success?
I love this question. Our motto at TMB Enterprises, LLC. is actually the term and definition of Success: “How many people we can positively impact in this lifetime.”
Simple as that.
