Today we’d like to introduce you to Brandon Taylor.
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I got here by learning early how to connect with people, staying disciplined through sports and fitness, and turning adversity into growth. Injuries, fatherhood, mental health struggles, fraternity leadership, and college all shaped me into a man who values authenticity, community, and resilience.
I later turned that lived experience into social media content and leadership, using humor, honesty, and brotherhood to build a platform that encourages others. Everything I do now reflects the same mission: help people, stay grounded, and keep growing.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
I’ve faced a few real challenges along the way, including injuries, disappointment in my athletic journey, and seasons where my mental health took a hit because I was carrying too much at once. At the time, those moments felt heavy, but they also became turning points for me. They forced me to slow down, reflect, and grow into a more disciplined and intentional version of myself.
What I learned through those experiences is that setbacks do not define you, they shape you. They taught me resilience, humility, and the importance of taking care of both my body and my mind. More than anything, they showed me that leadership starts with self-awareness and the willingness to keep growing, even when life does not go according to plan.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I work in higher education enrollment, where I get to help students and families navigate an important life decision with clarity, care, and professionalism. Beyond my role, I also specialize in communication, branding, and content creation, especially when it comes to building meaningful social media presence and telling stories that connect with people.
I think I’m known for being genuine, disciplined, and consistent. Whether I’m in a professional setting, creating content, or working with others through leadership and brotherhood, I try to bring a level of authenticity and intention that people can feel. I don’t just want to be present. I want to add value.
What I’m most proud of is the growth it took to become who I am today. I’ve had to overcome setbacks, stay focused through challenges, and keep improving myself physically, mentally, and professionally. Those experiences shaped my perspective and taught me how to lead with purpose.
What sets me apart is that I combine a few different worlds in a way that feels natural: education, leadership, fitness, communication, and culture. I care about impact, I care about people, and I care about doing things with excellence. I think that combination gives me a voice and presence that stands out.
Can you talk to us a bit about happiness and what makes you happy?
What makes me happy is seeing growth in myself and in the people around me. It means a lot to know that the work I put in, whether through my career, my health, or my relationships, is creating something positive and lasting.
I’m also happiest when I’m able to encourage somebody, help them move forward, or be part of a moment that makes a real difference in their life. That matters to me because I value purpose, brotherhood, and legacy, not just success for its own sake.
On a personal level, staying disciplined, working out, and continuing to improve gives me peace and confidence. It keeps me grounded and reminds me that happiness comes from progress, not perfection.
