Today we’d like to introduce you to Carolyn Litton.
Hi Carolyn, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
My name is Carolyn Litton, and I am grateful for having led a happy, grateful, and successful career and life. I was a top-performing loan officer and received many awards and accolades, but it came with a price. I worked long hours and was stuck in the daily grind at work. I loved what I did, but I knew I wasn’t living up to my full potential.
A friend of mine asked me to participate in a challenge called 75 Hard by Andy Frisella. It was very intense and arduous, but I took on this challenge even though “I didn’t have time” because I knew that I needed to shake things up, and I wanted more out of life than what I was living at the time.
I crushed the challenge, and towards the end of the 75 days, I realized I couldn’t go back to how life was before. Upon much reflection and trial and error, I came up with the most important rituals that impacted my life and created the Vision Project. That is my new lifestyle, and I’ve never been happier or more fulfilled than I am now, living this blueprint day in and day out.
The Vision Project led me to find my passion and purpose: to share this with millions of people so they can live an enriched and fulfilled life.
Life is an adventure and is meant to be enjoyed! We all have the power within ourselves to create the life we desire. I’m so grateful for having found THE blueprint; it brings me joy to share it with others.
Here is a link to my YouTube that tells the story as well! : )

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle-free, but so far would you say the journey has been fairly smooth?
I decided that I didn’t have to give up my career and was able to form a lending team so I could focus the majority of my time on bringing The Vision Project to the world.
What started as an idea to write a book turned into me starting a YouTube channel about The Vision Project, coaching, speaking, and having my chapter published in a compilation book called “The Voices of Women,” which is slated to be released in the next month or so,
Thanks to The Vision Project lifestyle, I’ve done so much in a short period. I accomplished more than I imagined I would in such a short period and even recently took the Vision Project overseas. Everything I just mentioned happened in just 12 months, and it just started as an idea. It was my vision, and I brought it to life using The Vision Project.
Yes, there are challenges. Somedays, I feel “stuck” and that I’m not moving fast enough or impacting nearly as many lives as I hoped. I’m so grateful that I keep practicing all of the daily rituals of the Vision Project every day, which keeps me motivated to keep going.
Even though I’ve done more than I thought I could in a year, my outreach isn’t nearly as vast as I envisioned it, so I will keep on going! The Vision Project keeps my attitude positive and my focus on my vision, so I know I will reach millions one day. I want my story to inspire others to do the same! It WILL happen.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I specialize in helping people turn their vision into reality using The Vision Project program I created. I help them to know themselves better than they ever have, identify and clarify their vision, and then make that vision a reality!
I am in the process of having a mobile app created to make the process even easier for people!
I just created an inaugural retreat so successful businesswomen, who are stuck in the daily grind and want to reduce their work hours and stress so they can start living an enriched and fulfilled life that they desire AND deserve without sacrificing their income, can immerse themselves over a weekend where we will dive deep into each component of the Vision Project.
This will lead them to and through a transformation and give them the tools to keep going. This is a life-changing event, and I’m thrilled to be releasing it later this year! It is my honor to guide women through the same journey I’ve been through using the same program that changed my life. I lived it. I still live it, and it’s my passion! I am living proof. I am a master manifester and have guided others to the same. That fulfills my soul to no end!
We’d be interested to hear your thoughts on luck and what role you feel it’s played for you?
I believe luck is to the philosopher Seneca’s quote. “Luck is what happens when preparation meets opportunity.”
I only have good luck in life and business for several reasons.
1.) There are amazing opportunities everywhere. You have to be open to seeing them. That is where the preparation comes in. The daily rituals/ components of the Vision Project are my daily preparation.
2.) I maintain a positive attitude even in times of adversity. I believe in every adversity, and there is a lesson or opportunity. When something doesn’t go my way or how I expected it to, I look at the situation to find the lesson I am supposed to learn or look for another opportunity that is meant to be instead of what I expected. When you go through life that way, all you will see is good luck everywhere.
3) I always keep focusing on my vision. No matter what happens, I think about my big vision and WHY I have it in the first place. That keeps me going, and when you focus on the good, you will get good. On the contrary, if you focus on the negative, you will get more negative. I believe that you create your luck. If you focus on what you want and your attitude positive, you will create good luck. Fortunately, The Vision Project helps with all of that!!
