Today we’d like to introduce you to Devi Wolf.
Hi Devi, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I’ve been seeing and speaking to spirit since I was a toddler. I’d always had “ghost friends” and my loved ones who have crossed over communicated with me all the time.
But I always thought that mediums were frauds because I could always take all the details that they were calling out for the audience.
Then, about 4 years ago I met Marc Stuart, a Scottish medium. His readings were exactly on point and he had details that definitely wouldn’t have applied to others. So, I started working with him, running his business, in exchange for teaching me mediumship. And now I assist Marc with teaching online and run workshops in person.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It’s not been a super easy road. I struggled a lot with confidence and thinking I was imagining things instead of receiving them clairvoyantly. I still get nervous every time I give a reading, but it keeps me honest.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I am an evidential Medium which means that I will give evidence of the spirit who joins us until the client is sure they know who it is. Then I give a message which is also evidential. Nothing generic, like “your loved one is with you” or “your mother loves you” unless that seems to be the only message they need to hear.
I work a lot with animal spirits. Cats tend to show up often for me, and since I’m a crazy cat lady, I understand them well. But other animals come through as well. Once, I had a ferret!
I trade as ‘The Smallest Medium ” because I am 4’8″ and I’ve never met a medium shorter than me!
I now work with Marc Stuart to help train people who want to learn evidential mediumship. We have an open workshop 3 or 4 times a month for only $20.
I also have a crafting business, WolfCraft, and you’ll often see me at fairs or festivals, selling my stuff and giving readings.
Who else deserves credit in your story?
I’d have to say Marc Stuart, the Scottish Medium who is my teacher and business partner. He’s the one that convinced me that mediumship could be real and evidential. He also designed and built my website for me and is an ongoing cheerleader.
