Today we’d like to introduce you to Jae Nicole.
Hi Jae, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
My story is one of breaking, becoming, and beginning again. I started J. Nicole Solutions in 2017 with passion, but not much clarity. I was creating, but I wasn’t grounded in who I truly was. By 2019, burnout caught up with me. I shut everything down and walked away, convinced my story was over.
But in 2020, while the world was shifting, God was shifting me too. Therapy became my turning point. Healing helped me find my voice, understand my patterns, and meet the parts of myself I had long avoided. In that quiet space, I felt God calling me back, not as the woman who left, but as the woman I was becoming.
So in 2021, I relaunched my business with purpose, identity, and confidence. I began teaching from experience, creating from authenticity, and serving from a place of clarity. My work evolved into transformation, not just design. Identity, storytelling, faith, and emotional maturity became the foundation of everything I do.
Today, I help women build brands that feel like home and step into the fullness of who they are. And while my business matters, my greatest work has been becoming the healed, grounded, aligned woman God intended all along.
My journey hasn’t been linear, but it has been purposeful. And every chapter reminds me that starting over is holy when God is the one calling you forward.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It has not been a smooth road, and truthfully, I am still very much learning and unlearning as I go. My challenges did not magically disappear after I relaunched my business. If anything, the work got deeper because I had to face myself in ways I never had before.
I am still navigating old habits like overthinking, shrinking in certain spaces, carrying too much responsibility, and trying to anticipate every outcome. I am still learning how to communicate with calm instead of urgency, how to set boundaries without guilt, and how to trust my voice even when it feels shaky.
There have been moments where I felt misunderstood, moments where I reacted out of old wounds, moments in leadership that showed me I still have growing to do. Some days I get it right. Other days I am reminded that healing is not a final destination. It is a daily practice.
What I know for sure is that every challenge is shaping me. Not into a perfect woman, but a more aware, more grounded, more emotionally mature version of myself. I’m still becoming, and I’m learning to honor that process without rushing it.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
As a woman who is still becoming, I help other women find the courage to show up as themselves. I specialize in brand clarity, digital storytelling, and teaching entrepreneurs how to build brands that feel like home. People often know me as Thee Dopest Brand Coach, not because of a title, but because of the way I blend strategy with soul. My work sits at the intersection of identity, purpose, messaging, and emotional growth.
What I am most proud of is not the visuals or the business wins, but the transformations I get to witness. The moments when a woman sees herself clearly, trusts her voice again, or steps into her purpose with confidence. That is the heart of my work.
What sets me apart is the honesty I bring to the journey. I teach from lived experience. I create from authenticity. I lead while still learning and healing myself. I don’t ask women to become someone else. I help them return to who they already are.
So, before we go, how can our readers or others connect or collaborate with you? How can they support you?
People can work with me by connecting with the heart of what I do, which is helping women show up with clarity, confidence, and authenticity. I offer brand clarity sessions, digital marketing support, and coaching for entrepreneurs who want to build brands that feel true to who they are. Collaboration for me looks like aligned projects, shared purpose, and work that honors the stories behind the business.
The best way to support me is by sharing my work, referring women who need guidance, or simply engaging with the content and conversations I create. I am always open to meaningful partnerships, speaking opportunities, workshops, and spaces where I can pour into others.
Most of all, I appreciate people who show up with intention and want to grow alongside me. That is the kind of support that keeps this work meaningful.
