Conversations with Miller Mccoy

Today we’d like to introduce you to Miller Mccoy.

Hi Miller , thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I grew up in Des Moines, Iowa — not exactly the epicenter of fashion or e-commerce. I’ve been obsessed with creating since I was a kid — performing magic shows at 12, flipping sneakers at 14, and launching my first brand HUMAN shortly after I dropped out of high school. And that wasn’t necessary or fully by choice — I had a chronic illness throughout my childhood and teenage years that caused me to miss a ton of school. Eventually, I had to step away, but I wasn’t done learning. I got my GED, then went on to college and earned my associate’s degree.

What started as selling tees out of a duffel bag turned into Limitless Manufacturing Group — now one of the fastest-growing creative manufacturing agencies for talent and brand owners. We help creators, musicians, and founders turn their vision into real products and real revenue. I built Limitless because the system was broken. There was too much gatekeeping and not enough transparency. We built the agency I wish existed when I started — something that’s hands-on, real, and scalable.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Absolutely not smooth. But it’s been worth it. Early on, I had no roadmap. I made every mistake you could make — wrong fabrics, bad tech packs, late samples, overpriced vendors. I had to learn how to think like a production manager, not just a designer. One of the biggest lessons: you can’t out-market a bad product, and you can’t scale a business you don’t understand end-to-end. That’s what pushed me to learn the full stack — design, manufacturing, fulfillment, sales, and team-building. Also: cash flow is everything. I’ve been in spots where I had to choose between rent and or paying invoices for the business. Those hard moments made me disciplined. Now I teach creators how to avoid those same traps.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
We help artists, influencers, and entrepreneurs build real brands from scratch. Not just merch — real products, real revenue, and real backend systems. Whether it’s a pop star launching a skincare line, a YouTuber scaling merch into a million-dollar brand, or a designer trying to go from 100 orders to 10,000 — we’re the team behind the curtain making it all happen. We handle everything from product development and custom apparel and product manufacturing to Shopify, fulfillment, packaging, and even influencer marketing. Our mission is to make it easier for people with a vision to bring it to life and scale it. And we don’t just talk — we’ve done it. We’ve helped grow multiple brands from zero to seven figures.

So, before we go, how can our readers or others connect or collaborate with you? How can they support you?
Creating something from nothing makes me happy. Seeing an idea go from a sketch to a shelf — that transformation is addictive. I also love building a team, mentoring young creatives, and showing people that there’s a way out — that you can take your story, your pain, your art, and build a real business around it. I used to feel like an outsider — too sick, too different, too ambitious for my environment. Now I’m happy to be the blueprint I didn’t have. I get the most joy from progress — my own and the people around me.

Pricing:

  • Our pricing really depends on the client’s goals and where they are in their journey. We’ve worked with over 3,000 brands — and that ranges from creators who might place a few orders a year, to companies and celebrities who spend millions annually with us. Some clients come in and spend a few thousand to launch their first product line; others trust us to run full-scale manufacturing, design, fulfillment, and e-commerce across all their drops. If you averaged out every order across all clients, it’d land somewhere between $1,500 to $3,000 per checkout — but again, some spend less and grow from there, others are doing six- and seven-figure orders multiple times a year. What matters most is that we’re helping our clients turn those investments into real returns — from tens of thousands to multi-million-dollar outcomes. That’s what we’re here to build.
