Today we’d like to introduce you to Natasha Larson.
Hi Natasha, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I’ve been in business for an amazing 15 years. I started as an hourly clerk at Kroger before getting my chance to be a floral shop manager. There, I had the opportunity to take a 6-week course in floral design. After I interned for a planner and learned more about the wedding business. From there, my first client came, and the rest was history. I’ve grown my team from just me to a large 11-member team, and I couldn’t be more proud of where we have gotten.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
I don’t think there is such a smooth road when it comes to running a business. No one prepares you for all the things you have to know. From all the accounting practices, tax knowledge, and employee situations that pop up it’s a never-ending thing to be aware and have as much knowledge as possible.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
With decades of floral expertise and a passion for creativity, we transform our clients’ ideas into a cohesive vision that elevates their event.
Our commitment to stunning floral designs has earned us a reputation as one of Nashville’s top florists, trusted by clients and respected by leading wedding and event vendors across Middle Tennessee.
I started in a 1-car small garage with just me, and now I have a full-fledged studio, employees, and amazing clients who trust us.
