Conversations with Paul Jolley

Today we’d like to introduce you to Paul Jolley.

Hi Paul, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
Before becoming a force in the world of design, Paul Jolley first gained national attention as a Top 9 Finalist on American Idol. This breakout moment led to appearances on numerous popular TV shows, a thrilling stadium tour, and a string of honors including being named the Duke of a town, receiving keys to multiple cities, and even having March 16th officially declared Paul Jolley Day. His charisma and creative spirit also made him a natural ambassador for major brands like Ford, AT&T, Diesel, and more.

But music was just the beginning.

Channeling his passion for storytelling and aesthetics into a new arena, Paul founded Jolley and Co., a premier luxury design and staging company that has quickly become a standout in the industry. In just two years, the company has grown into a 15,000 square foot warehouse with Millions in high-end staging and design inventory. Jolley and Co. has been featured in national design magazines and television shows, further cementing its influence.
Powered solely by word of mouth, the company now stages around 40 luxury homes each month, serving a growing roster of A-list celebrity clients. From high-end real estate and custom interiors to full-scale blueprints and layout planning, Paul’s sharp eye for design and intuitive style continue to set new standards and he’s only just getting started.

“Let us write your home, so you can tell the story” -Paul Jolley

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Growing Jolley and Co. has come with its share of challenges, particularly as we’ve scaled into a larger, more high-touch operation. One of the biggest has been managing rapid growth while maintaining the level of quality and attention to detail our clients expect. As demand increased, we had to quickly build the infrastructure, team, and systems to support it without compromising our brand.
Another challenge has been navigating the logistics side of the business from warehousing and inventory management to coordinating multiple large scale projects at once. Balancing creativity with operations is something we’ve had to continuously refine.
We’ve also learned a lot about setting clear boundaries with our time and creative process. As a design driven company, protecting that process while educating clients on its value has been an important part of our growth.
Overall, each challenge has pushed us to become more structured, intentional, and aligned in how we operate, which has ultimately strengthened the company.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
At Jolley and Co., we specialize in luxury interior design and high end home staging, creating spaces that feel elevated, intentional, and market ready. We’re known for our warm, layered approach and our ability to deliver both design and execution at a high level, whether for a single home or a large scale project.
What we’re most proud of is our foundation as a family run business. From the beginning to today, we’ve continued working alongside family, which brings a strong sense of trust, care, and shared vision into everything we do.
What sets us apart is our ability to combine creativity with capability offering a fully turnkey experience backed by strong operations, allowing us to deliver beautiful, thoughtful spaces efficiently and consistently.

What matters most to you? Why?
What matters most to us is delivering a level of quality and experience that truly reflects our standards. Every project represents our name, so we’re deeply committed to making sure it feels thoughtful, elevated, and done right from start to finish.
Equally important is the trust we build with our clients. Many of our projects require a high level of discretion and confidence in our process, and we don’t take that lightly. That trust, combined with the pride we have in our work and our team, is what continues to drive everything we do.
